Report a Problem

Hi, I’m trying to change e-mail that I am using for my figma account to the one from which I am writing but even after following the steps several times I keep getting below error and I am stuck with the old e-mail. Any support anyone? :(

Option + Command + A is the only shortcut that doesn’t work on my Macbook Pro 2024 (Sequoia). Clicking on the button on the right-hand side panel works.  All other shortcuts involved the Option + Command + [any key] works though.

When sharing a Figma file with view-only access, the code panel is no longer visible to viewers. Additionally, I am facing a 10–20 second lag while working, which is slowing down the workflow. Both issues are making coordination much harder than before.@Gayani_S  @Tom Reem – requesting your attention on this.

Hello, we need to have a contents page and be able to navigate through the slides when in PDF format. When I export to PDF these internal links are broken, making this completely unusable for us as a tool for building slides. I see this was reported by others awhile ago, is there a timeline for this fix?

I hace been charged for a single seat for an annual subscription but noticed that I have been also getting charged every month for a monthly subscription.

I designed my portfolio website using Figma Sites. While it was a bit laggy at times, it worked fine overall. But for the past 2–3 days, the preview mode has become unusable, the entire page keeps blinking and shaking continuously whenever I open it.

I'm trying to use existing Figma layouts to generate code via Figma MCP and Cursor. In general it's working really well, but I've noticed that when I select the whole screen layout, the `get_code` tool from MCP simply gets stuck or takes minutes to run (but I can't know wether it's stuck or just slow). Is there a recommended way to either make get_code run faster or to use the MCP in a more efficient way?

Hi,  Recently, I somehow managed to select all hyperlinks within a file and updated the URL for all. When I attempted to cmd+z, all other content that I have changed will revert, but the hyperlinks will keep the same URL. I tried versioning, and that did not work either. Seems like this may be some sort of bug.

Hello! I was just changing the Share settings for one of my Figma files, specifically “Who can access” from “[My org]” to “Anyone” since I’m doing user testing.I did not check the “Password required” checkbox: I hit “save” and got this: Which can be disruptive when I have something important already on my clipboard that got overwritten 😅 (Mac’s don’t have a native clipboard history function and I don’t think my employer would want me installing a third party app when I often have sensitive info on my clipboard.) Is this a bug? I assume it should only add the password to my clipboard if I’ve checked the “Password required” option.

Hi, I did asked figma to do a new feature on one page and now everything is $%££$% up. I asked to go back to the previous version 121 but nothing it does not change. Can someone let me know how can I go back to the previous version? Thank you L

My co-worker and I have both noticed that the default color of slices has changed from blue to a very hard-to-see white/cream color. Is there anyway to change this?

The comments on the slides are not displaying correctly. Comments from other slides are appearing randomly, without any apparent pattern, and it is unclear which comment corresponds to which slide.

I have 3 files: Design System - Where the modes and variables are stored. There are 4-5 collections. 2 of the collections have 21 modes each. I am on the Enterprise plan. UI Library - Components are stored here. The Design System library file is added to this file and variables are applied to components.  Dynamic Home Page Spec - Working file that is taking in both the UI library and Design System.  Design System where Modes/Variables are Stored. Note that the Mode/Column: All Good (new) is named that way to try and force it to publish the changes and be read by the other files. It did not work. I had a previous mode just called All Good where the variables weren’t being synced to the other files. In the UI library file (1 step downstream), note how there are no updates available but the old mode name is there and not the new one (Just All Good and not All Good (new).) I have attempted the Scenario 2 Solution Figma provides in there troubleshooting but it is not solving the issue.

Hi, when I use Figma and zoom in/out, the lines and text look pixelated or distorted. This is especially noticeable when I'm not at exactly 100% zoom. I’m using Windows (browser: Chrome / Figma Desktop). I tried toggling hardware acceleration on and off but the issue still persists. My display scaling is set to 100% and my screen resolution is 1920x1080. Is this normal behavior or could it be an issue with my setup? Any suggestions to fix it?

перестали прогружаться изображения в проэктах, чисто разноцветные квадраты, при запускепроекта через браузер прогружаеться все хорошо, но в приложении фигма проблема остаеться

When i try to Paste Properties on Figma Design File, or do `ctrl` + `alt` + `v` shortcut when any object is selected, it just closes the figma app No overridden shortcut on my PC, and I’m currently using windows 11. No idea why this happens, and it just happens recently.

I ran into an issue after building a prototype, which now needs to be updated with a different typeface, where I cannot see or adjust the font at all.In the file I’m having an issue with I see this on the right side, with text selected: If I create a new file, I can see the font selection feature which is missing in the previous file:I have tried refreshing my browser, using the desktop app and rebooting my computer. If I create a new file, then copy paste the prototype content of the original into it, I end up with the same problem.I just need access to the existing Google fonts library.Does anyone have an idea what’s going on?

When exporting frames with gradients to PNG, you'll get semi-transparent pixels—even when all gradient stops are 100% opacity. This happens whether the gradient is applied directly to the frame or on a separate layer, as long as there's no solid fill behind it.  The attached Figma file includes four test frames. Visually, they appear identical, but only the fourth frame—with a solid fill behind the gradient—exports as fully opaque. You can verify this with a tool like: PNG transparency checker; the first three exports contain semi-transparent pixels. A workaround is to move the gradient to a separate layer, then apply a solid fill to the frame behind it, like the fourth frame in the attached file. This avoids the PNG transparency problem but adds unnecessary layer complexity.  Repro StepsCreate a new Figma Design file Add a frame With the frame selected, change its fill to Linear Gradient. In the Export panel, click the + (plus) button. Confirm export type is set to PNG Click Export Fr

The “copy as PNG” functionality never seems to work. It worked for a brief period, and I have never been able to use it since. I have a Mac and I am using the desktop version of the application. Does anyone else have this issue?(Copy as SVG also doesn’t work)

I have created and published a color palette: The colors shown in the bottom right corner don’t match with the palette:See (1) and (2)...The color #7700ff in the middle palette isn’t the same as in the bottom right corner. What did I do wrong?

I had a paid plan linked to a works email, in conjunction with another workplace account that I no longer used, since my address the the initial employer has been revoked I’ve also lost access to everything under the second account - and Figma is claiming the account never existed. I don’t know how or why they were linked, but I am now paying for an account I can’t access and have lost almost 7 months of design work.  Please help someone, I’d really like to talk to a pro about this and get my old design files and paid for membership attributed to a different log in.

I'm writing to you with deep sadness and frustration. I spent a lot of time and effort working on a very important design project, and now I cannot access it because I lost access to the email address associated with my Figma account (redacted by the moderator due to PII).I still have the correct login email and password, but I cannot complete the login process because the system requires an email verification code—which I can no longer receive. I feel devastated that all my work might go to waste just because I can't access that email anymore.Even if you are unable to give me direct access to the account again, I kindly ask you to transfer the following project to my current Figma account: (redacted by the moderator due to PII)🔗 Habus Project on FigmaThis project is extremely important for a job application, and I worked so hard on it. I’m really desperate and hoping you can help me.Thank you for your time and understanding.Kind regards,Fatih Yamak

I was trying to access my project files after a while. My account name itself isnt showing in the files share. I was the owner of the files. Now, any request access is sent to no one. (The owner of the file itself is missing.) I am not able to access any files in this particular team. I experience missing data when using the Figma REST API.How to reproducecreate section layer with border and background color fetch with getCSSAsync returns empty object What I expectthe API docs say at least fills are supported, so I would expect the background color  I can add a border in Figma but it seems to be not part of the API
