This is unexpected behavior and results in ghost triggers in a prototype. I know we can turn off hints on click, but if there are some visible layers with triggers that we want to keep, it would end up being toggled off for all of them.

Additionally, even if hints are turned off, you are still able to accidentally click the link, which is a problem.
