When I publish library all icons get updated

Hi all,

Each time I publish a library after making some changes all my icon library gets affected from this change and I end up with thousands of updates each time. 

This happens especially when I don’t make an update on the icons but on other primitives, such as colour, typography or other variables. 

Is there a way to find out what’s causing this to trigger?
