Login Issues for Student Accounts

Students unable to get verified and I created a request to verify them. I have Educator access and my students are unable to verify as our college is not listed. And it says the school is unable to do the same. Please can this be fixed.

    To start with the basics, can you confirm that you’ve completed the K–12 application form for your students?
    If the application was rejected, please fill out the: K12 Domain Requests for Figma EDU Plan form. Once your school or district’s domain has been added, our team will follow up with you shortly! Thank you
