I am attempting to publish 2 font updates in my text styles. All I did was change the font from Inter to DM Sans for 2 items and it will not publish. These are only being used inside the Button component at the moment. 

Hello, I have some issues with you Figma.exe. So, in the latest windows with latest Figma, my Figma suddenly erased by itself after update the new version. I installed the .exe from official Figma and it’s says “The Microsoft Defender thought it’s not safe”. Can you tell me why?For more information :This is latest version for Windows 10 No editing the firewall or kind of that things Got uninstall by itself after click “Install Now” from Figma Software notification

Haven’t managed to find an answer searching this database.Links to page arent working in prototype mode, they do work in editing mode. I see the links are properly redirecting to the pointed page, but when in prototype mode, they don’t. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello, I am new to Figma and design world. I used Figma to create animated design, and designed a whole home page. I successfully converted Figma design to Wordpress using UICHEMY. Unfortunately some design elements were missing, some elements changed place and some of them lost scale! I need your help to fix this problem so I can use my Figma design wherever I want.

It would be great if the values in the "fill" field could also be dragged and dropped into the "stroke" field.

Why is it saying “Invalid” Mobile Number when setting up 2 Step Verification when the number is legit?

I had a file which exported in PDF. When i see it in laptop everything is fine, but when i open the pdf file in my phone, the shadows looks weird. It’s like not what i saw in my laptop.

We merged a branch, but it merged with errors. We attempted to revert by choosing an earlier version from the version history, yet the branch remains in the “Merged” state. We tried the same approach with a test branch — merging it and then reverting to an earlier version of the same file, but experienced the same outcome: the changes roll back, but the branch still stays in the “Merged” state.

Hello! Help please. created a mask. cropped the object. When an object is enlarged, the cropped object moves out, what should I do?

As a freelancer, I created a small library for my clients' projects that required several components. Some are ready, while others aren't. I attempted to publish just a single date-picker component from the design panel, but, for some inexplicable reason, the entire design library was published instead.I do wonder if anyone else in the community has had a similar experience? It's rather frustrating, though I suppose I was fortunate to notice it in time.By the way, my current work location is in Newcastle, England—though I’m not sure if the IP is relevant. Cheers..

I am experiencing an issue where the cursor disappears during prototype playback, even while actively moving it. This issue makes it challenging to record or demonstrate interactions in a prototype, as the cursor intermittently disappears when moving it or when it leaves the screen. This behavior looks unprofessional and makes it difficult to create smooth demo videos or presentations.It would be greatly appreciated if there could be an option to keep the cursor visible at all times during prototype interactions, or a fix to prevent the cursor from disappearing while moving or leaving the screen. This functionality would be especially beneficial for users creating demo videos or for those who need the cursor to remain visible throughout the prototype experience.Thank you for your consideration of this request. Duplicate shortcut is not working for me

I have a problem with photos in files received from a single user. (files sent as a local copy) I can't see a preview of photos in files from this user. They are also not visible after exporting the document in PDF. Photos are not heavy. Images of this size are usually visible without problems.I checked with 5 Figma users. For one of these users, the photos are visible.However, I want to point out the problem to the person sending the file.

The new aspect ratio button is missing from the UI, it should have replaced the constraint button according to image sin the help docs. tested on both new and old UI’s, tested on both browser and app versions.

Hello. All my projects, settings, styles and templates disappeared. As if I am a new user. I can no longer see my work area. I did not change the account. I have already reinstalled the application, but nothing helps

How can I transfer a community figma handle to another user? Can a person have multiple?How do orgs manage this?

Has anyone else noticed an issue (glitch?) where layers are locking on their own, with an unremovable dot where the padlock icon appears when layers are locked? Clicking it just adds a padlock. A coworker and I are working on a deck together and just encountered this and don’t know how to resolve it so that it’s editable again.It’s the child-layer-locked-icon.We thought maybe it was a font issue but it’s happening on non font layers as well. Duplicating the content into a new slide is removing them, but it’s a long doc and we want to avoid this in the future.I did try to google for it/search for it here, and see some people who may be having the same issue, but no resolution. 

I just update my figma. And my navbar not showing. I can’t use multi tab and resizing the window. 

Yesterday I noticed the “Hide when publishing” option no longer works properly.In my main component library, I have a component that is intended to be used locally for documentation and it used to be unpublished. Now, it is visible in other files, and when I find that component in the Assets panel and right-click it, it only shows “Show when publishing” even though it is clearly published. Clicking this option does nothing and on the next right-click it still says “Show when publishing”.Has anyone else run into this, and can you help me resolve it? Edit: this issue is present on the native app on both MacOS and Windows.

Hello. I am having this issue for a long time now. When I move the design into my clients Figma file almost all images disappear and I get this message “ Invalid image was removed”. And I am downloading images separately to place them in clients design file every time.

Hi Everyone, I am using Figma Rest API to update the variables on Figma File...  I came across a situation where I am unable to update the variable-description through the API.... For example,consider someone has edited the description on Figma file.. I want to keep the description as it is defined in tokens( I am using styled-dictionary), if I run the figma-api script, was expected to update the description as it is in tokens, but it is not working.. It is working w.r.t tokens values, but not the description..
