Transfer files from one edu account to another.

Hey, So I use a Figma edu pro account and have been using it for last 4 years of my undergrad, naturally I have a lot of files here.
Well now recently I graduated and changed schools to join a grad school, I want to shift all my files from one edu pro account to another.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Team transfer I am told doesn’t work with edu accounts, not sure though!

Hi @Abhishek Virmani ,

I understand you're looking to transfer your files from one education account to another after moving to a new school.

You're right that receiving a transferred team is only supported on Organization or Enterprise plans. However, you can try transferring your projects instead.

You can follow the steps in this guide: Transfer a project or team to a different account

If either you or the recipient is on the free Starter plan, another option is to save a copy of the file to your computer and then import it into the other account.

Thanks,
