Using shift key in Interactions panel > Value field, hides the entire Interactions panel

I am trying to update a product name in the Value field in the interactions panel, and when I hold Shift down to capitalize the name, the entire panel hides while the shift key is held down.

The panel comes right back when shift is released, but it prevents me from adjusting my value.
