Report a Problem

When trying to scale frames or components, not all objects will scale together. Text boxes especially. Is there a fix for this? It’s happening in every file right now. 

The period still works, but the underscore doesn't?It does work with sets of variables, so why isn't it retained?

Description:When I use [plugin name] to generate a logo (e.g. typographic design for “NÜRIVA”), the plugin only produces a text description of the logo but does not insert any visible image or SVG into the Figma canvas.Steps to reproduce: Open the plugin. Enter a logo request. Wait for more than 15 minutes. Only text is displayed in the plugin panel, no vector or image layer is generated. Expected result:The plugin should generate a visible SVG or image in my file.Actual result:Only text description is shown, no output in the canvas.What I tried: Restarted the plugin Created a new file Refreshed Figma But the issue still happens. Hello,I’m encountering an issue where the design-linked icon (pen icon) is not appearing on Jira cards in board view, even though the setup appears to be correct.According to Figma’s documentation, the icon should appear to the right of the number of days on the Jira card when a design is linked via the Designs panel.What I’ve confirmed: The Figma for Jira Cloud app is installed and the correct Figma team is connected. The Designs panel is visible in the Jira issue view, and I can successfully link Figma files there. The linked Figma files belong to the connected team and are accessible. The Design field is added to the card layout in board configuration. We’re using a company-managed project in Jira Cloud (production). Despite all this, the pen icon does not appear on any Jira card in the board view, even after refreshing.Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything else that needs to be enabled to display the icon on cards?Here’s a screenshot showing the icon in the documen

Bonjour à tous,Je rencontre un problème lorsque j’importe des images PNG avec fond transparent dans Figma : Un fond coloré est automatiquement ajouté derrière l’image. Parfois, il y a aussi des bugs de texture (artefacts visuels) sur l’image importée. Une fois l’image importée, ce fond fait partie intégrante du fichier : je ne peux pas le retirer ni retrouver la transparence d’origine. J’ai testé avec plusieurs PNG différents, et le problème se reproduit à chaque fois.👉 Est-ce que quelqu’un a déjà rencontré ce bug ?👉 Existe-t-il une solution ou un contournement pour garder la transparence correctement à l’import ?Merci beaucoup pour votre aide 🙏

I’m going to renew my one-year subscription for my team.In my current setup I have 5 full seats.For the next year, I need 3 full seats and 2 dev seats.I cannot understand how to make this change. I’ve tried different ways but ended up with the annual subscription for 3 full and 2 dev seats, alongside the monthly subscription for 2 full (and unassigned) seats. And now I cannot get rid of this monthly subscription.It's a ridiculously messy and frustrating experience.

I have this annoying and weird bug where the Position panel disappears entirely when I select any component. I’ve checked with colleagues on the same files, and their Position panel appears no problem. I have updated, restarted, reloaded tabs to no avail. It’s easy enough to wrap a component in another frame so I can still position absolute (ignore autolayout), but I keep running into this weeks later.Anyone else ever seen this?

Figma Prototype Glitches After Update v125.7.5 I'm experiencing glitches in my prototypes after the recent update to version 125.7.5. These issues are affecting core functionality and making my prototypes unusable.Summary of Glitches: Variables & States Not Affecting Auto Layout: Components controlled by variables and states no longer correctly push or pull other items within an auto layout frame. Elements that should expand or grow to fill the parent container are now overlapping or not adjusting correctly. "Ghost" Shifts and Unpredictable Behavior: Elements will shift or move to incorrect positions within the prototype. I’m facing an issue with my plugin review process. I submitted my plugin on August 9, and since then it’s been stuck in review. For all my previous plugins, the review process usually took only 1–3 days, so this delay feels unusual. I tried reaching out to Figma via support@figma.com and content-reviews@figma.com, but unfortunately I haven’t received any response. Could someone from the Figma team please look into this? I faced this problem on and not off but couldn’t really find any patterns. Sometimes, figma make is hallucinating with my prompts and giving weird screens (replacing existing screens) and giving wild outputs. After some time or the next day, the problem is getting fixed. For sure, the problem is not with the prompt, the problem starts with the way it is reasoning it. If this can be fixed, it will be really good because the flow is getting cut quite often.

Copying presentation link from SHARE gives me a different link than copying from the PLAY button. The link from the PLAY button leads to a 404 error.

Mi proyecto de Figma Make ya no muestra en la vista previa, el resultado de las instrucciones que le doy; si bien me dice que ya aplicó los cambios, éstos no se ven reflejados en la vista previa, ¿que puedo hacer?, algunas cosas que ya tenía implementadas se han perdido y aunque le pido que regrese a la versión anterior y me dice que ya aplicó los cambios, ya no he podido recuperarlos.

Until last night I was working on my project with Figma Make and it was working perfectly — I was extremely happy with the results. Tomorrow I need to deliver a prototype for a client, and today when I opened the project again from my desktop app, the preview doesn’t show at all. Nothing.I refreshed it a thousand times, closed and reopened Figma, opened the project from another computer, then from the browser, and absolutely NOTHING works. I’m desperate. Nothing is visible. I press play and nothing happens. I try to open the link where I had published the first version and NOTHING. It’s broken.What’s going on? From what I see, there are several bugs reported about this. I urgently need help from the Figma support team! Yesterday I upgraded to the professional plan so I could enjoy these features, and today I start the day with a frustration of this magnitude because of such a horrible bug.This is even more serious. My Organization is trying to move increase licenses from 10 to 30+ and move to Organization plan from Pro but I cannot get in touch with Sales Team. Can some one from sales contact [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] so we can complete the purchase? 

Lately, components have been behaving differently than when they were created. Here's an example. The text does not change color completely when hovering, it is the same text field.I have the feeling it's caused by the text in the link being edited. The components also no longer update correctly once the different text has been inserted. Is there a solution for this?  

Custom stroke setting of instances are reset whenever I change any part of its component. Its really hassle job to set custom stroke of instances on every touch in its component even though it is not about stroke.Custom stroke setting should follow its component value but, currently, it doesn’t follow and just reset after any value change in it’s component.It was not like that in the previous version but recently it keep generating issue about relation between  a component and instances.

The “Find and Replace” function does not work. When I search for a word, all items with that name are displayed, and when I click “Replace,” it says that no results were found that I could replace.

I’ve created a project and connected a custom domain. In the file settings, I’ve made sure to uncheck the “Exclude from search engine results” option.However, after publishing, the noindex meta tag still appears in the site’s head. There are no noindex tags in my code, and I’ve tried several workarounds; adding an index, follow meta tag and injecting a script to modify the DOM, but it seems Figma is inserting the tag automatically.Has anyone encountered this issue or found a reliable workaround?
