Can't verify my student Account - SheerID Name format issue

I am trying to activate the Figma Student Plan using my student ID from SLTC Research University (Sri Lanka). However, the verification system is not accepting my name due to the initials format used on our student IDs.

The name on my student ID appears as:
W.D.G. Ranjana

This format represents my initials followed by my surname. Therefore:
First Name: W.D.G.
Last Name: Ranjana

so when i use this format system fails to identify my name. I’ll attach the error i got here.

 I tried to contact both Figma support and SheerID through mails but didn’t got response. Kindly assist with manual verification of my student status or, solution to fix this issue is much appreciated.

    You took the right first step by reaching out to SheerID. They handle all higher-education verifications for us, including cases where documents need to be reviewed manually. I know the wait isn’t ideal, but I am sure they’ll be able to help you out with your issue. 

    After you receive a response from SheerID and they’re not able to help out, you can email our Education team directly at education@figma.com, and they can look into next steps with you.

    I still did not received any response from SheerID and its been more than a week. Do you have any other method to contact them? Its really urgent for me to get verified because all my works are locked out.

    Hey ​@RANJANA W.D.G, apologies for the delayed response! The team said that SheerID will likely offer you alternative file types to upload that shows your full first name.

    Could you confirm if they got back to you yet and if you were able to upload further documents?
