Currency selection error.

I have tried to subscribe professional plan with paying monthly, but the system doesn’t allow to select CAD, since I am from Canada. After completing the credit card info. I got a message “ Your plan was previously playing to USD, and therefore must conitnue to pay in USD. Please confirm your payment information works for USD.”

Could you please reset it for me? Thanks.

I understand that you’d like to change your billing currency from USD to CAD.

 

As you’ve experienced, it’s currently not possible to change the billing currency on an existing subscription.

To update your Professional plan to a different supported currency, please follow these steps:

  1. Cancel your current subscription — it will remain active until the end of your current billing term.

  2. Create a new team and upgrade it to the Professional plan, selecting your preferred currency (CAD) during checkout.

  3. Move your files and projects from your previous team to the new one.
