Hi i subscribed to figma pro today (10th augest 2026), however i found out that my employer dont allow useage of personal accounts for their design work and will be issuing me a seat themselves on their account, can i get a refund. 

I was using the free plan to code a new website and wanted to have a bigger advance today, so I payed the professional collab plan that gets me 500+ AI tokens a month. When I opened the project, it was telling me that I needed to upgrade to the full plan to edit the page. I mean… I payed and LOST THE ABILITY TO EDIT MY WEBSITE?????

I typed into to my figma make for my website “Make an Admin Dashboard” and it did it and said it finished and then that question and corresponding chat vanished but my AI credits were not put back in.

So. Incorrect (incomplete) copying. When you duplicate a frame, it's duplicated entirely. Copying and pasting only partially duplicates it.What could be the reason? Is this a bug in the program or did I do something wrong?  

Got a design file handovered, I don't have one font the previous designer used in styles to create these components - but I didn't know that. Now when I clicked on an item with that *missing font* style applied to, it just automatically switches it to Open Sans equivalent. Not asking me first.Expected behavior: when I click a text with a missing font style, the font style does not modify without me confirming I want that. Actual: my styles and components are messed up, and I didn't even observe this issue at first. now when time is sweet and i needed some urgent exports for a client - BIG ISSUE!See attached recording for bug reporting.-Environment: figma app on macbook. If there s a quick fix to this that I did not discover, let me know.

In the right sidebar, in the mcp section, there is an example prompt in a box that looks like this: Implement this design from Figma.@https://www.figma.com/design/….  I want to copy the link to it, but I never actually want the words “Implement this design from Figma.”. And you cannot select the text inside partially, only the full text. So the flow makes me copy the whole thing, paste it somewhere, then start deleting the text partially. If you are using a CLI agent, this makes it even more annoying.

Hello,I’m writing to dispute the recent charges on my account. I noticed that my subscription has suddenly increased significantly despite the fact that I did not add any new seats, upgrade my plan, or otherwise authorize a change to my subscription.My subscription was previously $23.80/month for the last few years, but I was suddenly charged $88.86 in July and have now been billed $71.40 for August for 3 Professional seats.I did not add these seats, upgrade my subscription, or authorize these charges. I am trying to upload a large file (1GB+), but every time I try, Figma crashes. Unfortunately I am unable to see the file from its original location to edit the file and reduce the file size. Is there any way to fix this?

When resizing a rectangle or ellipse, or any sort of shape object, dimensions are tethered to the relative top-left corner of the shape—meaning that any increasing or decreasing of the width and height would happen relative to the shape’s top-left corner. This is helpful, since I can rotate an object 180°, and that resizing anchor would move with it, allowing me to adjust dimensions from the bottom right corner. However, recently the shortcut associated with adjusting those dimensions (Cmd + Directional Arrows) now ignores this rule, making it so that resizing any shape with these shortcuts is always resized relative to the absolute top left corner, no matter the shape’s rotation. Previously, when export the frames, the pdf pages were combined into one pdf file. Now, it suddenly changed with separated pdf files per each pages. So I have to merge the pdf files. I do not understand why it changed to this burden way. Please restore the pdf export function. Any other thoughts?

Prototypes embedded in Figma Slides no longer allow full vertical scrolling during presentation, even though vertical scrolling works correctly when the prototype is played directly.  Hello, I am on a verified Education plan and have moved my published Figma Make file into my Education team. My site is live at vivianwangdramaticworks.figma.site. In Make Settings → Domains, I only see Base domain and Edit domain. When I select Edit domain, I can only change the existing figma.site subdomain, and I do not see any option to add or connect a custom domain. I have already purchased a custom domain and need to connect it to this Figma Make site. Can you confirm whether custom domains are supported for Figma Make on the Education plan, or whether this requires Professional, Organization, or Enterprise?

Every frame in Presentation Mode has a gray hairline stroke around it - where in design mode it is just white fills over page fills. Any solution?

Figma wipes out the id on elements when importing SVGs. If I name an element with id="ElementKey123" in the SVG, it arrives in Figma with the layer named something like just "Vector" instead of the desired "ElementKey123". This adds lots of wasted time to my workflows. I have tools that consume SVGs to generate interactive visuals, and they need elements to stay named correctly. And I do not want to go and rename all the elements by hand in Figma.

Hi, all my libraries are facing the same issues: when I try to publish the changes, the modal appears, I press the “publish” button, but than nothing happens. It doesn’t work either with single components. I tried closing Figma, with the app, with browser but nothing changes. I am pretty sure there are no problems with my components. What could it be? It seems to be connected to my account, since I don’t face the same problem in client’s files. 

If I make a square or an ellipse using ellipse tool or a rectangle tool and i am making sure that the vector is a closed path and it does not have any open path or a vector. After this i also flattened the vector and created a component after this also i am unable to see the Create Brush option.Please help with resolving the same issues.

Hello,For past 2 months or so I’m experiencing a bug in which the Z button randomly does not toggle on zoom tool. So instead of zooming in on selected space Figma starts to select all the objects in that space (sometimes causing slow downs in more advanced projects), then I try second time and instead of zooming I am moving those selected objects. Then I have to slow down my muscle memory and try a few times until the magnifying glass symbol symbol pops up instead of the default arrow. It’s quite frustrating. I’m sure my Z button works well, I use two sets of keyboards and use Z to zoom in Adobe software too, never had an issue.Please fix <3
