Hey all. Why does the image aligned to the top, but on the right it says “left”? 

I have updated the desktop app this morning and as a result, am now seeing an usual typeface in the layers panel. See attached.Does anyone know what the issue is and how I can fix it?  

If my education status ends, will my files in the team be locked? If so, can I still duplicate or move them to draft after they are locked?

Hi!I am developer and happy user of figma and figma API. I am using in particularhttps://api.figma.com/v1/files/JFl6cOTJN9uoy3UXyPGDAo/variables/localAfter fetching tokens i see few stuff which cause problems / questions.1. The endpoint return collections available in figma and their strange duplicated copies which contain empty variables. I checked with designers and we are unsure how to eliminate them. So far i filter them in code.2.  One collection is getting ‘Mode 1’ and i am not sure how to change / eliminate that. This is basically a variable used for versioning.3. The collections and also variables inside are always in random order, is there a way to apply sort to endpoint so that the endpoint return always the same resultI would appreciate help on above topics. :)All the best, Tomek

However, the only option it gives me is to pay for a subscription.This project was originally linked to an educational program, but it was never actually developed under that condition. Now, the platform is charging me for subscriptions that don’t make sense, since this status no longer applies.The most critical part is that, because of this limitation, I can’t even edit files shared by others, which is disrupting my work.Please verify my account status and remove this restriction so I can continue using the platform normally, without incorrect charges.Thank you in advance for your support, and I look forward to your response.Best regards,

Hi communityI’m looking for a response regarding re-verifying my Education Plan. I submitted the form (case number: 1529682) and also reached out to the Help Center, but I haven’t received a response yet.Just to give a bit of context: I’m enrolled in a bootcamp, and the official organization has already submitted all members’ emails for re-verification. However, my Figma account still shows that I need to re-verify, and I’m not sure what steps to take next.Has anyone experienced something similar, or could point me in the right direction? Thank you so much!

Is ‘Dev Mode’ available in figma designer but not in figma site?

Building a web game, trying to add graphics e.g. “space-background.jpg”. When I upload the JPG to Figma Make, it resaves it as a file just containing this code:figma:asset/53d0d0f172d5f8e4c99f47eb4ebdbfd60ab79429.png This then fails to load in the app test pages.

I can’t seem to figure out how to allow my component to scroll. The ! says it needs to be bigger than the frame which it is and no matter how many times I try to make it larger than it already is, the ! still doesn’t go away. I’ve tried restart starting the app and my computer but it still doesn’t work. Any help would be amazing, thanks

I want to convert a team’s education plan to free plan (since most of my team members don’t have the educational plan).I’ve tried contacting Figma support during this past week, but still haven’t received a reply.

Hi,I recently filled out the form about my high school not being in the Figma list of high schools, and I do get an email telling me my school got verified. But when I tried to verify the education status again, the system still shows “ You must apply with your school email to continue.”My account is using my school email, and I tried logging out and back in but still no success.

Since I changed my email alias, I can no longer receive verification emails. My Hotmail alias has already been changed to Outlook, and I’m unable to switch it back to Hotmail, so I can’t receive the verification email. Is there anyone who can help me recover my account? Guys, I recently connected an Library to my working file in Figma Make, but it didn't work out as I'd hoped. Now, I want to completely unlink/disconnect that library so its components, styles, and variables don't affect my future prompts and results. Please help how can I do this ? I cannot see the option to do so

Figma updated, and I have no clue how to select two different end points anymore. If I select arrow, it applies to both ends…… I’m frustrated, because this used to be very easy. Can someone help.

I’ve created components for an image, badge, and icon. I want to the image size to be adjustable, without it affecting the size or position of the badge/icon. Right now, if I change the image size, the badge/icon get bigger and their positioning is adjusted (eg. 16px away from corner becomes 20px). How could I stop this from happening?

Hi. I have recently been building a website in Figma Sites and come across a little issue. I created some custom Figma Make interactions, that animate text on scrolling the page which work perfectly when previewing within Figma, but when viewing the published site in Safari and Google Chrome, those interactions do not work. Is there a reason for this, or am I doing something wrong. Please help!Thanks

Today I realized a strange problem … wonder, if it is a general Figma issue?! I created a Button and for the hover state with two fills:a dark “main” color on top white, 90% transparentBut the dark color shines trough at the edges.Very strange, because it’s only appear in the present mode, not in the design mode. The scale is always 100% and the objects are snap to pixel grid. Anyone else face the issue? 

On the Safari Version 26.0 (21622.1.22.11.14) I can not assigned any seat types for different users.Workaround is using an other browser.
