Hi,I recently ran into a bug with the Wacom tablet while using Figma since the last update. On the video below you can see the issue:When I select the square with my trackpad, only the object is selected.When I select it with a pen, it acts as a 'double-click'', entering anchor edit mode.Is anyone experiencing the same issue?I tried solving this with forcing a custom 'right-click’ binding for a single click in the Wacom Centre, but was unsuccessful.Other software behaves normally. Running on Windows with a Wacom One.  

Hello, I always have a lot of trouble connecting to my institutional email from my smartphone.I need to connect my Educational Plan account, which I opened with my university's institutional email, to a private email address. Is there a way to do this? Or is it possible to connect a secondary email address to the main one?Thank you very much.

Hi , since 2 days now my figma make AI is completly bug , when i ask him to do something he keep going back to something i asked him  hours before and before solving the problem i ask him to solve he keep answering to another prompt and get stuck on it , he don’t want to do another thing even if he show that he is answering to the new prompt , at the end it show the file that have been modified but its the wrong one its show me the modification on the prompt he is stuck on it.I don’t know what to do im completly stuck i build my company website on it and now i can’t do anything im working 12 hours a day on it and im at the 800+th version of it 

I have been added to a figma space for my client project with editing access granted and my name is coming up in the members list however I'm still unable to edit files within the space.

I have a a few project with in my account. There is one that I accidentally set to education and now a few of my team members cannot export or access the files because they do not qualify as students. How can i take my account status out of education and place it back into a free starter account? 

Hey everyone,I’m trying to update an existing component that was originally designed for mobile. I want to create desktop variants of it, and I’d like to add a new property called “Device” with two values: “Mobile” and “Desktop.”I haven’t used Figma since the new UI update, and somehow this simple task feels impossible now 😅Here’s what I tried: Selected the main component set Added a new Text property called “Device” Went to one of the variants to assign that property…but the new property doesn’t show up at all when I select a variant. Am I missing something obvious here? Is there a new way to add properties that apply to all variants (like it used to be)?My brain is broken — any help would be super appreciated!

There’s some issue I have with Figma when I export shadows. It’s definitely Figma, because it keeps on having some white edges which are visible on the shadow depending on where you view it on.However, tools like Add a Shadow to a PNG – Online PNG Maker work and don’t have this outline, so I ask if there’s any way to fix this with Figma, thanks. EDIT: This occurs from exporting SVG assets as PNG.

Hi everyone,I’m having an urgent issue and would really appreciate some help.My Figma Education plan recently expired, and since then, my only team has been locked. I’ve already deleted all other teams (I now have just one single team), but I still can’t create or access draft files, and the team hasn’t unlocked even after several days. It seems like the system still treats my account as if it’s over the free plan limits, even though I’m well within them now.Has anyone else faced this? Hey, there. I'm creating a huge collage for a future wallpaper. All of my image assets have a transparent background to blend into the canvas background. Here's an example with Airi Momoi from Project Sekai as a floating head.I thought of giving a unique color overlay for each image. However, adding one removes the transparent background of the image.Is there any way I can make the color overlay to only affect the colored part of the image and not the transparent part?I already know the masking method, but I don't want to duplicate every single image as it's own layer and group. How can I get the same overlay effect with just the layer of the image itself?Please and thank you.

I recently purchased a Figma Professional account. I'm having trouble publishing components. When I try to use my components in another file, the texts get mixed up with the icons, and the icons get bigger. What should I do?

Cline (vibe coding tool) is insisting that Figma MCP cannot provide gradient values, and is telling me the only way for it to grab gradient values is by guessing from a screenshot or having me provide directly. I can’t imagine this is the case-- or is that accurate?

Hello, I have a question and something I have been struggling to figure out. I am putting together a set of carousel cards that would feature video and image. With Carousel there is a featured card and two cards that normally would peak on the left and right. In my design I am taking advantage of using the figma responsive feature this way I can reduce the amount of components I am creating.  When I try to pull the card with. the cards peaking on the left and right I noticed that the card on the right is not responsive to me downsizing the width. This is because I cannot set the card to fill or else it will show or places itself in the viewport.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  There has got to be a way to pull in the right card when i resize whats in the frame.  Thanks FC 

I'm prototyping in Figma Sites, and I want to create an interaction where:A user clicks on something (like a button). After a delay, another action happens — like setting a variable or triggering another interaction.In Figma Design, I used to do this by:Using components with hidden states. Using change to I could nest an after delay function Setting an "After Delay" interaction on the hidden state to trigger the next action.But in Figma Sites, I can't define components, and anything created outside that will be out of scope so I can't use hidden states to manage delayed actions — and that’s where I’m stuck.

Hi team! I’m trying to “Copy Make previews as design layers” on one make design and while it works for simple, short screens, it hangs (I see the “Copy as design layers...” in the bottom of the screen) and takes forever. In this case, it’s the landing page a colleague designed, which is big but I’d not say it’s huge :) It happens both on Desktop app (MacOS) and web versions.  Shall I somehow open a bug to report it?  Thanks! 

I'm experiencing significant issues with student verification for our educational plan, as our college does not use SheerID and instead relies on Google accounts.The verification process for students has resulted in numerous errors and access problems. Specifically, some students currently lack access because they cannot maintain a free account within the educational team structure. Furthermore, SheerID support has been unresponsive to our requests for help.As a related ongoing issue, SheerID has also failed to update our college's name, which officially changed last year.

Hello!I created the animation on a separate page beforehand because I couldn’t get it to work initially. The animation consists of two Frames, but when I move it to its intended location inside a Frame, both Frames just sit next to each other with no animation happening.If I move it outside the Frame, I can set it as a starting point and the animation works as expected. But inside the layout Frame, it stops working.Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a way to make an animation between two Frames work inside a Frame?

Is anyone else having the issue when trying to type a word like “Discovery” (with a capital D, using Shift + D) that they go into developer mode? 😫This feels like a major bug, especially if I’m in the mode to type.

Dear sir/madamI am trying to re-verify my education status using the school email address. But it fails every time. When I connected to sheerid for this, they sent me an email stating this(image attached). Though I provided all the information needed, the sheerid is responding again and again the same. Please help and reverify my education status. I have sent them marksheet, confirmation of enrollment, and everything from my Higher Ed institution email. Recentemente estava usando o Fig jam para fazer um trabalho da faculdade, mas, as setas simplesmente não funcionam como eu queria, elas somente vão para o além quando eu clico nelas para trocar de posição.  Eu já tentei de tudo, pensei que era um problema num plugin que tinha baixado (dark mode) mas não era, pelo menos não tenho certeza.Desabilitei quase todas as configurações, nunca aconteceu isso, mas tem um detalhe, recentemente eu atualizei o meu pc do windows 10 para o 11, não sei se isso pode afetar alguma coisa, mas fora isso, não sei de mais nada.Se alguém souber como resolver esse problema, iria me ajudar demais, obrigado  

Hello , i'm using a team library with components with pre-builts interactions ( hover , click ...etc ) , to give an example let's say i added one the components ( drop down with open and closed states ) in my project from the library , when I set the instance to “Open” and edit its content ( menu content ), the original default values of the parent components still appear in the prototype instead of my edited text , which limits the flexibility of using the component within a real project context.For context, I’ve been using other systems with baked-in interactions (such as Arco Design), and I haven’t experienced similar issues with dropdowns or tooltips there.I’d really appreciate your insight or any recommendations on how to resolve these issues
