Remove Education plan from account

I understand that you’d like to remove the Education plan from your account and switch to the Starter plan.

I’ve checked on our end and can see that your account currently has an active student status. That said, it looks like you currently only have access to Starter teams.

Just to clarify, even if you have a valid Education status, you can still create and use Starter plan teams.

Since you’re requesting to revoke your Education status—and because we’re not able to handle account-level requests like this here on the forum due to security and privacy reasons—I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1676983) on your behalf so our Support team can assist you further.
