Blend mode not taking effectss when exporting to pdf

I added blend mode to my figure in figma and if looks fine in working panel and preview viewport. But the effects are gone as soon as they are exported as pdf. There figures on a same page, one is good but the other two are not working properly. 

I’m applying “plus lighter” to the two problem figures and “color dodge” to the properly exported figure.
