Hi,

I recently had a paid for individual account through a work email domain that I no longer have access to in order to cancel the recurring subscription.

I can’t recall whether the email was [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] or [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII], however, I no longer work there and can’t access it.

The account I’m currently reaching out with is a free account, but I don’t know what to do from here to get the subscription cancelled.

I understand that you’re trying to cancel a paid subscription tied to a work email address that you no longer have access to.

 

I checked on our end and was able to find an active monthly Professional plan associated with one of the email addresses you mentioned.

Unfortunately, due to privacy and security reasons, we’re not able to assist with account access or billing changes like this directly here on the forum.
