We have been unable to move forward with purchasing multiple Figma Organisation licences licences, as we require a formal quotation. We and other team members have submitted several enquiries to the Contact Sales team over the past 3 - 4 months but have yet to receive any response. Our requirement is for 3 x full Organisation licences, 3 x Dev Mode Organisation licences, 3 x contributor licences. Could someone please contact me ASAP otherwise our team will need to find a competing product to use.
Cmd + L currently links to the parent frame. Right clicking an element → copy/paste as → copy link to selection links to specific elements within the frame, but this action in the menu lists Cmd + L as the hotkey.Cmd + L should link to the specific frame.I actually can’t imagine a scenario where a user selects a specific element within a frame and copies it as a link, expecting it to link to the parent.
Hi Figma Support Team, I just noticed that I was charged in my February bill for 1 additional full seat, 4 full seats instead of 3 full seats. I did not receive any notification or approval on the additional 1 full seat. I am seeking for your kind assistance to revert the bill. Thank you so much for you help!!
I’m currently looking into SellerPic AI product photography as a potential extension of a workflow that starts in Figma and ends in live e-commerce listings (Shopify / Amazon). The main problem I’m trying to solve is the gap between: Design systems and mockups created in Figma Final product images, try-on visuals, and short videos used on product pages and ads From what I can tell, SellerPic is positioned less as a creative design tool and more as a production layer: Generating consistent AI product photography from basic inputs Creating virtual try-on images for apparel Turning approved visuals into short image-to-video clips for marketing Looking for designer perspectivesIf you’re a designer or part of a design-to-commerce team, I’d love to hear: Does a tool like SellerPic reduce post-design production work? How well do its outputs align with brand systems defined in Figma? At what point does manual design still outperform AI-generated visuals? For reference, this is the too

Hi, I were originally on the education plan with my personal email “[redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]”. After few months of using, I upgraded to the professional plan for a cost of 20$ a month, so I’m not on educational plan anymore.I would like to restore my education plan to my college email “ [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] “ email. How can I do this? Thank you
I’m trying to recover a personal design project I created around April–June 2024, but I can no longer find any of my old files after logging in. I have already:Checked Drafts, Recents, and all workspaces Tried every login method (Google and email/password) Logged in using both of my emails It seems the files may belong to another Figma identity linked to one of these providers, and I may currently be logged into a different account. Could you please check if there are any Figma accounts associated with these emails and help restore access to the files? Details:Approximate creation date: April–June 2024Project type: personal design file (not part of a team) Thank you very much for your help
Hello. i had an account created under the current email, with a billed subscription of the 18 euros plan. That specific account got deleted by mistake so i tried to immedeiately recover it. I lost the project (as far as i read it is not retrievable), but i lost the subscription as well (it was stated that it must be cancelled manually). I would appreciate any guidance. Thank you !
I have been working on a few design files that were saved in my Drafts. I noticed that these files are no longer accessible, and I am unable to locate them in Drafts, Projects, or Trash. I cannot overstate how important these files are to me, and how much I need them back asap. What caused this?? How can I fix it??

Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to integrate Google Maps into the app I'm creating in Figma. If so, I'd like to know how.
I’m paying professional license and my Figma make doesn’t work for almost 3 months. Every time I try it, it freezes and doesn’t even let me create the prompt.
I have successfully published my Figma Make before, but I went bananas and created a whole app in figma make. After 400 iterations, my project size is probably pretty large. Whenever I try to publish, it thinks for a long while before its saying that it has failed. I’ve also tried to look through other threads here to see what the common issues are but to no avail. To some extent ive tried to optimize the files using prompts, but sometimes it just destroys my app completely and I have to revert. Any ideas?
I was following a tutorial where someone set truncate text then set max lines but when I try it no text box appears to allow me to enter max lines. Is this option gone? Ho do I set max lines in the new version? Thanks.
Hello,I submitted the Google form with my school information at the beginning of the month, and sent an email last week, but did not get a response from anyone yet. Is it possible to get an update?
I have an object with multiple fills, one of them being a gradient. When editing a gradient this way, I don’t have access to the gradient’s handles.
I’m trying to improve our workflow for handing off new and updated design system components to developers. When a new component is “ready for dev,” is it better to: Share a separate design file or Figma branch for developers to build from, or Merge/publish it into the main component library/design system first, then share? In our case, once designs are shared, it can sometimes take 3-6 months or more before developers actually pick them up. Because of that delay, it becomes hard to tell:Which components are truly “ready to use” vs still conceptual (waiting to be built) Which ones are already built vs just designedThis creates confusion around the source of truth and readiness. I’m also wondering whether new components that are “ready for dev” should live in a separate space from the main design system library until they’re actually built, to avoid mixing shipped components with components still under development. My current thinking is that new components would live in a separate file (o
Hi everyone, I need help with an unexpected charge on my account.I cancelled my Figma subscription and stopped using the platform entirely around October last year. For the past 4 months, there were no charges, which was correct since I had already switched all my teams to the Starter (Free) plan. However, I was suddenly charged $17.26 USD today (Jan 7, 2026). How is this even possible? I haven't received a bill in 4 months and haven't touched Figma at all. My current dashboard confirms that all my existing teams are Free.It feels very wrong to be billed for no use at all.I feel cheated. How do I get a refund?
Hello. I am on the starter plan which I believe should be free, but my card is still being charged $2.12 per month. Please help!
Hi Figma community,I'm having a some issue with vector illustrations in Figma. Problem 1: Paint Bucket + Eyedropper OverrideI draw a vector with the pen tool, ensuring closed paths for isolated regions (no gaps). In edit mode (double-click vector), I use Shift + B (paint bucket) to highlight and click a specific region it adds a default grey fill correctly to just that area (sidebar shows single swatch). When I try to change the color using the eyedropper (press I or click icon in color menu), the highlighted region automatically deselects upon activating the eyedropper. Sampling any color then applies it to the entire vector object instead of the selected region. Adjusting via the color spectrum slider works fine without override. This only happens with the eyedropper sample; manual hex/spectrum is okay. Tried: Clearing all fills first, resetting cache, separating regions to new layers, shortcuts to avoid clicking icon, still deselects and overrides. Problem 2: Pen Tool Won't Move
Dear Figma Support Team,I am writing to urgently appeal the suspension of my Figma account associated with the email: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information].I understand the account was locked due to a refund request (chargeback) regarding my subscription. I want to clarify that this request was not initiated by me intentionally.I recently lost my payment card, and my bank automatically flagged and reversed recent transactions as a security protocol when the card was reported lost. This resulted in an unintentional dispute against Figma.I did not intend to cancel my service. I have important projects on this account that require immediate attention.I am ready to repay the disputed amount immediately via a new payment method.Could you please assist me in lifting the suspension or provide a link where I can settle the outstanding balance to restore my access as soon as possible?Thank you for your understanding and support.Best regards,
I’ve created a website (for my thesis’s experiment), and it’s almost perfect. But I want to adjust something that would be done very easily manually. I’ve tried turning the Figma Make to Figma Design, but all the buttons are gone, and it became a static page with no interaction. How can I edit within Figma Make? I want to change the picture and some wording, and I don’t need AI for this.
While building a website, I ran into an issue with icon rendering that took a while to pinpoint. Initially, icons using stroke colors rendered correctly. However, icons that were filled did not render at all. For example, taking the same icon, flattening it, and applying a fill would cause it to disappear. After investigating further, I found that the issue was not the icon itself, but the parent frame (wrapper) containing the icon. This happens regardless of whether the frame uses Auto Layout or not. The problem occurs when the parent frame has a color applied via predefined color styles / variables. If a color style (variable) is applied to the frame, any filled icon inside it fails to render properly. Removing the color style from the parent frame resolves the issue. Fill as hash value of color - all good Fill as variable style color - wont renderStroke using variable style color - all good
