I have a prototype, interaction is:
From main screen tap on icon > icon opens up an overlay which has a carousel (4 in the set), you can move left/right between the carousel, and there’s a ‘got it’ CTA on each one for closing. It’s all working fine, apart from if you tap outside of one of the interactions (ie. you hit the background of the modal, not the arrows or CTA), in which case, the overlay reverts to the first in the sequence, the width expands to fit the entire screen, and the ‘got it’ CTA no longer closes the overlay. You can run through the carousel again, but you can’t actually close it anymore.
I have checked EVERYTHING I thought this could be, and nothing seems to be leading to this issue.

Prototype with overlay carousel - is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
