Education plan – my school domain works for other students but not for my account

Hi,

I am a student from Instituto Federal Sul-rio-grandense – Campus Sapiranga (Brazil).

My school email domain is:

@academico.ifsul.edu.br

When I try to apply for the Figma Education Student plan, I keep getting redirected to the domain request form.

However, another student from the same school and with the same email domain was approved successfully.

I have already submitted the domain request form before and I am still stuck in this loop.

Could someone from the Figma team please check my account or confirm if this domain is already approved for students?
