As the subject reads, I have received emails saying that “I have only X weeks left on my education plan”. I have never signed up for such a plan (to my knowledge), and I am a bit concerned that things I’ve made will vanish within 2 weeks. I have been a professional subscriber for many years, and don’t want to experience anything troublesome soon. How do I ensure that there hasn’t been anything mismatched or such, to be able to keep what I have and keep on with my work? There’s no sign of a Edu-thingie when I log into my own account afaIk.

Hi @MarkusNorsted

I understand you’re concerned about receiving an expiration email for an Education plan you don’t recall signing up for.

I’ve checked our backend and confirmed that you have an active Professional team and several Starter teams, but no active Education teams. The email you received is likely because there is a "verified bootcamp student" status linked to your account that is set to expire soon.

When an Education status expires, any existing Education teams are downgraded to a Starter plan. However, since you don't currently have an active Education team, this expiration will not affect your Professional or Starter plans, nor any of the work within them.

Please rest assured that your files and projects in your Professional plan team and Starter plan teams are safe. You can safely ignore the email.

Thanks,
