 Hi, I’m having an issue with the Go to Source button inside Figma Make — the feature that should show the code for the selected design element. When I click the Go to Source button, it is not disabled, but nothing happens. It doesn’t open the code view, doesn’t redirect, and doesn’t display any error message. It simply does not respond at all.  Environment  Figma Desktop for Mac (version: 125.10.7) macOS Issue also occurs in the browser (Chrome/Safari)  What I’ve Tried  Restarting Figma Desktop Logging out and back in Clearing local Figma cache Trying in browser instead of Desktop (same issue) Re-publishing the site  Additional Notes  Other navigation actions work normally. This started immediately after updating to 125.10.7, so it may be version-specific.  Request Could you please check whether this is a known bug in version 125.10.7, or if there’s any workaround to restore the Go to Source functionality?I rely heavily on Make, so this issue is blocking my workflow. Tha

Previously, the code obtained using the get_code tool in Figma's MCP had the following import statement at the beginning:```const img = "http://localhost:3845/assets/0f46fbf7be0964a515990e4283d4dc25d73db9bb.svg";```However, when looking at the code obtained using the get_design_context tool, it looks like this:```import { img } from "./svg-4zqz3";```The import statement for the get_code tool explains how to obtain the asset, but the one for the get_design_context tool gives me no idea.What is "svg-4zqz3"?And how is it designed to obtain the actual SVG file for "img"?

Hi, I’m using a Figma Education account and linked a FigJam assignment in Google Classroom.  On desktop, students can open and submit the assignment normally, but on iPads and Android tablets they cannot open it properly.Some devices ask for repeated login authentication, and others say the account is already registered but still don't load the file.I also checked the support request page, but I cannot submit a ticket because my account type doesn’t allow direct support.Could you help clarify:1. Is this a known limitation for Education accounts on mobile devices?  2. Are there specific browser or login settings required for iPad/Android?  3. Is there a workaround for students to open and submit FigJam assignments on tablets?Thank you.

I made the colors as variables and created primitives and tokenized them. But when someone add the design system kit as a library in their project, how can they make the components (and their variants) take the colors of their project - not keep the colors of the design system kit?Thanks a lot for your help

After the Nov 17th update , we are not able to republish the app. From the version history of the app i do see a status as Rejected twice. Please do check the screenshot attached. So just to try i changed the App to Private and i am not able to revert back the app to public.1. Is there a way to revert the app back to public?2. Even after i made the app private, why do i see "You have apps that are no longer active and need to be re-published." message on screen.This app was working fine without any issue before the Nov 17th Update.

Hello, some icons/buttons (particularly in the toolbar) aren’t rendering for me in both Design and FigJam files. This only happens in the browser version. I’m using Edge, updating the browser and clearing the cache didn’t help. Any idea what might be causing this? Thanks in advance!

Hey, I subscribed on october 6th, was charged on the same day, then month later on november 6th. I cancelled my subscription on november 8th. Then few days back (december 6th) I was charged AGAIN, even though I deleted my billing data.What’s even stranger the date on the newest invoice says Start: Nov 06, 2025 End: Dec 06, 2025, just like on the previous one, though the amount is different.I tried this AI chat, but it said it would only allow human contact when being on pro plan LMAO

Hello everyone, I’m using Figma’s MCP through ChatGPT’s dev mode (web version), since from what I understand the “native” ChatGPT apps are not yet available in the EU. Overall, it seems to work correctly: the diagrams are generated as requested.The issue arises when I click on “Edit in Figma”: it opens a project with the correct name, but it has no content, as if it were a newly created file.In your opinion, is this a problem on ChatGPT’s side or Figma’s side?Thank you in advance for any insight.

If you look at photos 1 and 2, the auto-layout is hanging.If you modify the text in that state, the length of the figure should change according to the length of the text, but it hasn't changed. Why doesn't the length change when the auto-layout is hanging?

Can Figma Make integrate and make use of our existing design system to streamline our design workflow?

When I connect components from my design system to other working files, some unexpected layers appear inside the component once it’s placed in the file. These layers do not exist in the original library in this components.. What’s even stranger is that these layers come from completely unrelated components that share no structure and were created independently. For example, one of my components contains an icon and a line of text wrapped in a single wrapper. But after placing this component into another file, the wrapper suddenly becomes wrapped inside an additional wrapper — a wrapper that does not exist in the parent component. This breaks the layout, because that unexpected wrapper inherits layout settings from a totally different component. If I edit or use the same component inside the main design system file, everything works fine — the issue appears only after inserting the component into another file.Has anyone experienced anything like this? It feels like this started happenin

Back in June of this year, I had many active projects saved in my "Drafts" folder, as well as personal projects in "All Projects". However, when I logged into my account this month after a period of inactivity, all my recent files were gone.Currently, I can only see old files from 5 years ago.I have tried checking different teams and the "Deleted" tab, but I still cannot find them. These projects are extremely important to me. Could anyone please assist me in recovering them?
