When presenting UI designs to clients, I’ve noticed that the way we showcase the screens can make a big difference in how the design is perceived.
Sometimes showing raw frames directly from Figma works fine, especially during early feedback stages. But when it comes to final presentations, using device mockups (like laptops or smartphones) often makes the design feel more realistic and easier for clients to understand.
Recently, I’ve been experimenting with different device mockups when presenting UI work, and it seems to help clients visualize the final product much better.
I’m curious how other designers here handle this.
Do you usually present your UI designs using mockups, or do you prefer showing the raw frames directly from Figma?
