This has been going for couple of years (I think) and looks sooo fckd up. Like, I often have same elements containing same interactions, on the same z-level and yet some always get their connections hidden unless I specifically select them. Slows me down quite a lot at times.Does anyone have this bug? And if it's not a bug (I can't even tell these days), what’s the logic behind the feature?Here’s the video of the issue

What is the timeline for adding a parent/child page structure to URLs within Figma Sites?For example:website.com/city/thursday-nights/concert-series/band-name/Right now, the product supports one slug deep. Obviously “flat silo” URLs can work, but we need to be able to nest URLs as child pages. What is the roadmap and timeline for rolling out dedicated URL structure?

I've export some frames that inside very frame has images. When I export frames in JPG some image doesn't export only the stroke arround image. even though in workspace the image appreance complete with the stroke. Can you help me?

Hi,i want to test my prototype and the users have to start in XL view and then switch to s view. So they start on their laptop and switch to an app after a while. After accomplishing the task in s view i want the “browser view” to change to an success page also. I tried using a variable but it´s not working. Can someone help? 

Hi everyone! This isn't the first time I've run into this problem: I'm making an animation, but the flow doesn't appear. Can you tell me what's going on? This happens with both component sets and frames with the same name. There's no way to manually create a starting point.

Hello! I have a monthly FULL professional subscription to Figma, and we are working on a project where I am the owner with a full position, another person has a full position, and another has a Dev position. Since I am hardly editing the project, I switched to the ‘view’ position, and today the Dev told me that she has not been able to access the project. Is that why I changed my position? Does the fact that I am the project owner affect my change of role?

I set up an MCP server in cursor to try to move designs from Figma to Cursor. I followed the set up instruction from Figma exactly. I see a green badge with 6 tools and 3 prompts enabled in Cursor.I see a green enabled badge in the MCP section of dev mode in Figma. And yet… my cursor agent can’t grab designs from Figma. Keeps getting a tool not found error. I am on a regular paid plan.plz help

Hi all,Could someone please clarify how Dev Seats work?I was invited to a Figma project and used Dev Mode for three days (I wasn’t paying for any subscription at this point). After that, my designer told me they would need to pay extra for me to continue using it. After doing some research, I ended up subscribing to a Figma Professional plan because it seemed to have a dev seat included (probably a mistake?). Simultaneously my colleague accidently hit “approve” button on his end and his billing went up for adding an additional seat to their team.I now have access to Dev Mode again, but we’re not sure why. It could be because my colleague accidentally paid for the extra seat, or because I started paying for subscritpion/plan.Could someone explain how this is actually supposed to work? At the moment, it seems like we might both be paying for something unnecessarily, and we’re not sure which subscription is actually responsible for my access. Thank you! 

Hi everyone,I’m working with overlays in Figma and running into an issue where i need to make the background text invisible when the overlay opens.Is there a way in Figma to automatically hide, blur, or remove the background text/content when an overlay is triggered? I’m looking for a solution that works cleanly in prototype mode without duplicating screens if possible.Any tips, best practices, or workarounds would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,I have this problem where I can’t put a png image over my shapes/UI. It always either goes above, below or in between them. There’s no overlay button in my interaction page (as shown in a tutorial video).Can anyone help TT

 How is this meant to be used? What is the purpose?

I updated my variables and now my components will not accept the new color variables. As shown here. I can manually reset but I want my variables to work! You can see that the applied variables disagree with the updated variables. Why are my components not inheriting the change?  

Is there a way to duplicate a Make file's code without duplicating the entire chat history? It looks like by default, the chat history is also duplicated when duplicating a Make file. I assume this entire chat history is passed to the LLM with each subsequent entry into the duplicated file’s chat, which presumably wastes tokens.

Hi everyone, I need some help with embedding a Figma prototype.I created two responsive website prototypes in Figma. When I open the prototype link directly in a browser, the interface adjusts correctly depending on the device (desktop or mobile), and everything looks fine.However, I embedded the prototype into a questionnaire (using Tally) to collect design feedback. The problem is that when I open the questionnaire on a desktop, the embedded prototype still appears in the mobile (phone-size) interface instead of switching to the desktop version.Does anyone know how to ensure that the desktop interface is displayed when the questionnaire is opened on a desktop device?For reference, the questionnaire platform I’m using is Tally.Thank you in advance!

Hello fellow Figma friends,For the life of me, I can’t understand why I can’t see the MCP setting under Preferences. I can’t see it in Dev Mode or Design mode. Thanks in advance :)  

I mistakenly granted edit access to a teammate, which temporarily assigned a paid Full seat and generated a one-time charge ($18.57). I’ve removed the access — is there any way to cancel or avoid this charge?

windowsデスクトップ版を使用しています。今まで表示されていたフォントが表示されなくなりました。（モリサワフォントなど）他のillustratorなどでは表示されています。figmaを再インストールしたりモリサワフォントをログインしなおしたりしましたが効果がありませんでした。windowsのアップデート後に表示されなくなった気がするのですが、直し方ご存じの方教えてください。

When a user adds a comment to Figma by click/dragging a box around something - is there away to turn this into a regular comment attached to a frame?The problem with these comments is they don’t follow Frames when moved using “Move to Page” like regular comments. There doesn’t seem to be away to move them without losing them - and I haven’t found away to change a comment done in this way to attach to an artboard - then move it.It’s pretty annoying as I don’t want to lose clients comments when organising the file.Any ideas? Am I missing something? Thanks in advance! 😊
