My education plan expired, so I paid for the pro plan, but all the existing files are gone...
The email address is the same, and there is nothing in Draft or deleted files.I don't have any special emails..What should I do in this case?I can't even connect to the pygma link I wrote before

First, could you check the team picker in the sidebar? Sometimes files are still there but under a different team, especially if you were previously on an Education plan. It’s worth clicking through each team to see if the files show up there.
If those files were shared with others, there’s also a chance they were moved to a different project or team that you no longer have access to.
Also, have you checked the Trash? One thing to note: if an entire team was deleted, its files won’t appear in Trash. You’d need to restore the deleted team itself to get everything back.
If you can, try to locate any direct links to the missing files. These can often be found in:
- Your browser history
- Messages or emails where you may have shared the file
- The File → Recently Closed menu (on desktop)
If you’re able to share any of those file URLs here, that would really help us investigate further and figure out what happened.
