I’ve done all the tutorials in youtube or in Figma community, by deleting Figma folder in localapp or app data, but still can’t install my Figma

Multiple Figma accounts detected Make sure you’re logged into the same Figma account as the one that is attempting to authenticate to Jira, then try again. Has anyone seen this message before? I’m only logged into one account.

Missing page in Figma can it be restored? I worked about 11 hours in one page of the Figma file and have now discovered that the page is just gone, as well as 11 hours of work. The last time it was shown in the history was about 7 hours ago when a colleague visited the file, after that the page just disappeared

You could see and change the name of a FRAME on the board, but if you want to do with and INSTANCE. Is not possible, and you need to go to the layers, to change the name. Why one’s yes and others no? Better to do in all the elements. Thanks

Hi, everyone My screen flickers when I run the prototype in one of my projects (in the other projects everything works fine), the first 2 frames work smoothly and then everything starts flickering, I tried on several different computers and on mobile and the result is the same

Figma – 3 Jul 24 I created this prototype with the prototyper plugin but when I press play, smart animate isn’t working. I made sure I was using instances of the component set but it won’t play. What am I doing wrong here?

So, i have a component - List, which contains list items as nested components. There are two types of list items, which are different components (not a variants of the same, though they both have their own variants and properties). I created an Instance property in List component and linked every list item to that single picker, so i could pick one of the two types of list items. The problem i have is that all list items sync their properties, so i cannot have list items that differ from each other. The only option i see is to link every list item to its own Instance picker, but it will overcomplicate the properties, can i somehow de-sync the properties of items, that are linked to the same Instance picker? I hope my question is understandable

I have the new Beta UI that came with the new AI Features. I cannot find the option to show resolved comments, that previously was easy to reach through the user settings. Anybody knows where I can find it?

Hi, When I am trying to switch for a dev mode I get an option of sending a request for dev mode support to the design owner. I am using a professional license and so is the design owner. I was told that if the design owner will approve my request, it will be billed with an additional fee (the design owner has a professional license as well). How can I switch to dev mode? what king of license I need?

I have developed a plugin that uploads JSON data to update text and colours on a page template. Is there a way I can automate this using REST APIs or Plugin APIs? The JSON data is generated dynamically, so I need to amend the plugin to fetch data from a JSON URL and apply it to the page template automatically. Is this even possible in Figma?

I have two different components on this game map im making. I have interactings for the names on the left already. I want it to be when the name is hovered the icons on the map change to hover and when the name is clicked the icons changed to selected. Is this possible without making a ton of different screens.

Hello, I am trying to connect variants via nodes which I have done plenty of times before, but for some reason this time its not working. I want to create a “favorite” button. Step 1: I used 2 assets from material design: Step 2: I created a component and variant of the empty “heart”: Step 3: I copied and replaced the “filled” heart with variant 2: Step 4: When I try to connect nodes, I can connect variant 1 to variant 2, but it won’t let me connect variant 2 to variant 1: I’ve tried detaching instances and I’ve used assets this way before without issue so not sure what’s going on. I want this menu to dropdown instead of opening over each other.

I have tried several times to figure out why 2x is only changing the pixel density from 72 to 144, but not adjusting the dimensions of the image. 3x exporting seems to work just fine. This is causing issues for our development team who has repeatedly been requesting help the past week in exporting new image assets as they can not get the correct resolution themselves. I’ve had other designers attempt to get a correct 2x export with the same issue. Can someone please help? Does anyone know of a Plugin that can bulk switch Variables across selection/page? Basically lets say I have “surface/primary” and I want to change all elements assigned to that to be “Neutral/1” which is a Variable.
