Lost file access and now I am a Viewer

I was working on some draft files till yesterday but today I don’t see them on my Figma account, luckily I have view access links to 3 of them (out of 4), so I can access those but I am now a viewer only, can’t see who’s the owner.
When I am trying to request edit access hoping that I might receive the request on the same email, I am getting nothing, Also, lost access to one file (out of 4) for which I had no view access link. I need that lost file back along with my edit access of all 4 of them.

Please help, this is urgent!!

I did but I can’t be catered there as I am on free plan.
Is there a way that I can get my files to be download as now I am a viewer in the file there are no permissions for me to download the file or anything.
I set these permissions while I was working.
This is really an urgent case, please look into this, thanks.
