 Hi Figma Team,  I opened the ticket below on 14 Aug 2025, but still not assigned to anyone and no one is responding on ticket. https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/1472069I'm writing to you regarding my Figma Professional account. On August 14, 2025, while I was in the process of adjusting our seat count (reducing Full seats from 3 to 2 and removing the Developer seat from 1 to 0), the account was unexpectedly upgraded to the Organization plan. This upgrade was unintentional, and an unanticipated charge was made to my credit card while settling a pending invoice. As we only require two Full seats, the Organization plan is not feasible for us. I kindly request that the account be downgraded back to the Professional plan and that the excess amount charged be refunded. I just discovered that almost 50% of my files are publicly accessible. I’m wondering if new Figma/Figjam files are public by default??? 😳Is there a way to make sure all new files are only available to the “Team” and not to "Anyone"? Is there a way to edit the sharing for all files in a team or project?

This documentation is not clear on what exact steps are needed for setting up Code Connect using Storybook. What I didn’t quite understand is - is it necessary to have Code Connect files to be created even if we already have Storybook stories? Is there no way, we can leverage Storybook files instead of creating another set of figma connect files which adds maintenance burden.

I am unable to find a solution to exporting the image so that it appears the same way as it does in Figma. If anyone knows why this is happening and how to solve the problem I would really appreciate the help. Screenshot: Exported Image Does Not Appear The Same As In Figma It may be worth noting… The original image (a png) had a small border around the black center part creating a kind of frame with a color I did not want (it was part of the image). I created a frame named “Crop” and used the “Clip Content” feature to remove it. The frame named “Dollar Sign” provides a different background color (949494) thus creating a kind of border or frame around the black center part that has the color I do want. The Image is nested inside the Crop frame and the Crop frame is nested inside the Dollar Sign frame. There is a property called “luminosity” being applied. Because of its purpose this was never meant to be very involved and the approach taken to achieving the outcome is pretty unimportan

I have a sticky navigation component inside a frame that calls a menu overlay that is outside the frame. That works fine. The problem is that when I try to link menu items to nested frames within my main frame, the nested frames are not available to link to (in this case I want the behavior to be Scroll to). I have tried so many different ways to wire this up but it just doesn’t work. Should be simple.  

Client: “I need a form with 1000 inputs, and 550 of them are dropdowns with different values.”As a designer, you first make one dropdown component with Default, Hover, Active, and Selected states… but then end up creating endless components just to show different values.Super time-consuming, right? We’ve all been there—Figma community, please tell me I’m not alone!I’ve already tried using variable properties for different dropdown items.But here’s the issue: when we copy the dropdown and try to change its values (by opening it in the prototype), it doesn’t work once we close the dropdown again.

As per title.See screencapture as proof.There is no ‘vertical trim’ anywhere in your ‘typography’ section.As there is no search function anywhere on any of this organisation’s platforms and indexing over search is poor at best, it is almost impossible to find any detail covering anything more granular than terms like ‘design’ or ‘figjam’, whatever that is.So where is it. 

Hi,  I created a menu like component, i created variants and link this , it is for a landing page, like top bar. This works when you don't link another animation like scroll .I want this menu to change when I push the name section of the page and scroll to the section page,  for example  when clicking in “Nosotros” scroll to nosotros section and is put in bold “Nosotros” at menu.thanks in advance, sorry I am not native English speaker, but try my best. 

I want to use the plug in html.to.design (or another method) to convert things that I have created in Figma Make to Figma Design. When I publish the site, I get a url. When I surf to sub pages (links within my prototype) the url does not change so I can only get the first page ‘converted’. Is there a way that I can see individual URLs of sub pages? 

Hello!  I am exporting Illustrator files as svgs (90x90 px with 5 point stroke weight). When I import these into Figma,  they always import a lot smaller (9x9 px and 0.5 point stroke weight) therefore having to resize each every time. Any ideas why my svgs are always coming in at the wrong size in Figma compared to the svgs exported from Illustrator? Many thanks!James

I am a user in Chinese Mainland, and my computer system is Windows11. Now I have a bad problem. When exporting frame and export layer in figma, fonts and graphics in the exported image have stroke lines, as shown in the figure. This problem has been bothering me for a long time, and I am eager to know how to solve it.

I watched tutorial for figma and I finished it. Do you have any recommendations on how to be one? I'd be really glad if you could provide me resources. I have a frame that I named “Store Map (Desktop - User Journey)”. Below is a link to my work. I’m having trouble dragging the bottom, blue progress indicator to make it scroll horizontally. Any ideas why that is? Please see the screenshot at the very bottom below.   

Hi all, Question 1:I’m recently working on a project using Figma Make AI which helps me a lot. I was wondering if I can somehow transfer the project that generated by Figma Make to Figma Design, so I can keep polishing the project even after I used all AI Credits for Figma Make. Question 2: I was watching Youtube tutorial on creating app on Figma Design using First Draft but unfortunately I do not have that option from my end. How can I apply for that function? Thanks!

I’m logging with same e-mail address. I have different pp on https://help.figma.com/ and have different one on https://forum.figma.com/ . When I try to change on help.figma.com it says “The name, profile photo, phone, and email are set automatically. You can't change them here.” I’m not logging with google etc

Hi there. To create my prototype, I am cutting and pasting a lot of images into my Frames. Currently on one of my Parent Frames, I created a child Frame to import an image. I was finally able to get all the content in however, there is a big gap to the left - please see attached. I would like all content to be preserved and just expand the width. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do? I will be doing a lot of cutting and pasting into frames. So If someone has a clean step by step process of how I can easily insert an image, keep all contents and expand it to the parents length that would be amazing. I am all ears. I spent a full day trying to solve this problem, which is probably a simple fix :) Many Thanks, Susanne 

What is the most frustrating or repetitive task you encounter in Figma that you wish could be automated with a plugin, but you haven't found a good solution for yet?

i designed a web page without auto layout because i need to apply parallax effects. when i hand off the project to developer. everything works well except the responsiveness. sometimes it shows every objects in a right place in some screens, but in some different screens the objects and layout deformed and do not behave well. i also apply right constraints to each objects and frames but it doesn’t work. anyone can help me with that? here's a stage link: https://stage.creatorsclass.co/fa/about

Issue:Components created with responsive variables in a shared library do not adapt when used in a separate design file.Steps to reproduce: Create components in the library using responsive variables. Insert those components into a separate design file. Switch the containing frame between mobile and desktop sizes. I’m trying to build a prototype where a number will change based on some randomization. The idea is I have my Total number variable, and my Modifier number variable which are added together to update the Total. I’d love for the Modifier number variable to pull randomly from a list. It seems the best way to do this is to use a randomizer plugin that updates a text field from a list, but then I can’t figure out how to get the Modifier variable in my variable settings to use that number. Also open to totally different ways to solve / try this if it gets to the same result of having a base value that can be randomized within certain parameters. Thanks so much!

Hi all, I am creating a symbol language with vector graphics of various irregular shapes, set into diamond-shaped frames.   Question 1: What is the best way to regularize the sizing of these graphics? As you can see, I can’t really set a regular height or width, as the shapes take all different forms, and some are wider while others are taller. What you see above is eyeballed, but as I’m aiming to get these printed (like a deck) I really want to do best practices here and figure out a more accurate method. Question 2: Once that question is answered, the question of spacing comes up.
