Stuck with an unexpected renewal charge - Professional Plan

Hi everyone,

I'm currently struggling to get a response from Figma support regarding an annual renewal charge of $192 USD that hit my card two days ago.

To be honest, I'm feeling pretty stuck. My team was disbanded last year and I've already left the company. Since I no longer have access to the old group email that was linked to the account, I completely missed the renewal notification. It was quite a shock to see the charge on my statement when I'm not even using the service anymore.

I've already downgraded the workspace to the Starter plan as soon as I saw the charge, but I really need help getting this reversed. I submitted a ticket two days ago, but haven't heard back yet.

Has anyone here been in a similar situation?

If a Figma staff member or moderator happens to see this, I’d be incredibly grateful if you could check on my ticket and help me escalate this. I’m really worried about the timeline for the refund, and any guidance would be a huge help.
