Hello,I assigned a Figma Seat type Full subscription to the Admin account for testing, and then released it the same day. An entry appeared in the Billing tab stating that on October 2, 2025, there will be a charge of around 550 EUR. I currently have 5 annual Full licenses purchased. A quarter ago it was possible to cancel additional subscriptions, and I hope it will be the same this time. I would be grateful for your confirmation.

It has happened with me multiple times, that I go to click Delete, I accidentally click on \ - the keyboard shortcut in Mac to “select parent”. And then I go click Delete and end up deleting the whole frame. I’d rather not have that keyboard shortcut, is there a way that it can be removed from the platform, or is there a way that I can remove that just for myself.

Hello! I was following a tutorial on how to create a design system. I have a collection with two variable modes: Desktop and Mobile.When I switch the frame to the Mobile variable, the button’s horizontal padding is supposed to change, but nothing happens.Am I doing something wrong? 

Does anyone have a good CSS export pipeline for text styles (i.e. plugins, Figma document setup, custom code/scripts)? I’d like to use Figma to export some particular CSS for our web projects, but our designers have tried a number of plugins and the export always seems to leave something to be desired. The two things we’d like to be able to export - before anything else - is variables and text styles.Our variable export pipeline is now usable: we post-process Figma’s output to combine files from the format ‘Variables > Mode > Category.css’ into a single root CSS with a fair number of vars for colours, spacers, and a few other things.But when it comes to Text Styles:the color isn’t output the font weight is outright wrong (always weight 400, when the text style pane has a different weight defined in the ‘Variable’ subpane) uppercase/all-caps isn’t honoured (i.e. text-transform uppercase is not present in the export CSS)We have a setup where we export a number of text styles that b

Hi guys! i wanted to ask that I am a student and i was hoping to get the student discount but I am from india so my school doesn't provide with the student mail id. So, I emailed figma and asked them if i could provide with my report card, my transfer certificate, fee reciept, anything that could prove i am a Student but it's been 5 days since i mailed them but they haven't emailed back. Is there anything I could do to contect them or anything?

Hi all, We’ve built a Figma plugin that converts frames into MJML/HTML using a WebAssembly module. On some machines the plugin works fine, but on others (mostly Macs with Apple Silicon) it crashes part-way through with this error:  What happens: Some components (usually text) render successfully. As soon as the plugin hits a problematic component, it throws the error and everything after that fails to generate. The issue isn’t consistent — some users/accounts never see it, while others hit it frequently.  What we’ve tried: Clearing Figma caches and reinstalling the desktop app. Testing on multiple accounts and machines. Disabling Cloudflare/WAF rules on our API. The problem still persists.  Impact:Users can’t reliably export frames — exports stop midway and produce incomplete output. Suspected cause:It looks like the WASM module is running out of memory or hitting a bug with certain text inputs. Hi, I have a side panel with buttons, and when clicking on one of the categories, the main screen slides to the correct categories. This works great. The buttons are in variant components with three states (default, hover, and selected). When I click on the button, I have two interactions set up in the prototype: ‘scroll to’ (to scroll to the section) ‘change to’ : state = selected My issue is that I want the button to go back to the default state when I click on another one. Is there a way to do that? (for now, they all become selected when I click one after the other). Thank you in advance, Anaïs

I just can’t extract an image using Figma MCP.As you can see its successful, but it gives me a url like this, which doesn’t point to anything hence the images do not get rendered.Also attaching my Figma MCP settings.    And before anyone talks about it losing context etc because of the size. This is what I’m exporting, just this…Because I just want to find out how to do a successful export with an image.

I am unable to do anything on any file in Figma Make - hoping I can restore functionality - of course I am pushing a deadline - so the “try again later” part is a) frustrating (try it now… try it now… how much later? and b) is this the only remedy?

I created a prototype on the free plan.I was able to upgrade to the education plan due to the course i am taking.I now have no access to edit my prototype. Nor can I downgrade to the free/non educational plan. I can see that there is no functionality from previous topics to move people - weird function to exclude, especially as being the main program for UX/UI. why cant i use the prototyping tool on the education plan how do i downgrade to free without education

Hello Figma team,I have suddenly started seeing red lines and a red dot on top of any object I hover over in a Figma file. Since this change, I am unable to move any objects with the move tool. I'm not sure if I accidentally clicked something that enabled a feature or changed a setting.

Hello,I can’t manage to make a button inside a frame (display) replace an image [1] with an image [2] when clicked.What I would like to have in a frame (display) is this:On click → button [A] changes to button [B] → changes to button [C],and at the same time, clicking on button [A], [B], or [C] replaces the image in the same frame (display) with another one [1] → [2] → [3].In detail:- Inside the frame (display) there is button [A] and image [1].- When I click on button [A], it changes to button [B] and at the same time replaces image [1] with image [2].- When I then click on button [B], it changes to button [C] and the image changes to [3].- When I click again on button [C], it goes back to button [A] and image [1].Does anyone know how I can set this up properly in Figma?Thanks a lot in advance

How can I add a collaborator in the Figma Edu plan?

Is there a way to remove all interactive behaviors from components in the library? I’m working on a prototype and need to avoid giving the impression that anything is clickable. At the moment, the only solution I have is to remove them one by one, which is very time-consuming.

I’m an absolutely new and confused beginner to figma. I’ve joined it just now to learn design. However I’m utterly confused about what to do to learn. Please guide me in this regard.
