Hello,A year ago, we paid for seats through my partner’s account. However, she no longer works with us. While she was on vacation, Figma renewed the subscription for another year.We can't manage our seats now, and we need to transfer the paid seats from her account to mine.All seats were paid with my VISA card — Aleksei Ilin.I’m unable to contact support directly because we have a standard account. Has anyone had a similar situation with a positive outcome?

Hi, I am moving out of the company and want to transfer my Professional license(Annual Plan) which is valid for another 6 months, to a new user who is taking over from me. Can someone help me with this?  

i feel scammed by Figma

I’ve done some searching but can’t find much — not sure if I’m missing something. I’m currently building out a card game in Component Studio, a platform that allows you to connect a dataset to a card visualizer/builder that then populates each card. I’m wondering if it’s possible to do something like this in Figma — specifically, connect a dataset that populates text/links components. It’s a bit complex in that there are over 60 unique character cards and each character has a different rule and quality, etc. I’d love to avoid having to do this in InDesign if possible but it seems like it’s beyond the scope of what Figma can do. Maybe it can be pulled off with a combination of plugins? 

It’s not letting me upload videos to Figma. Previously I hadn’t had any problems, but since this update I get a message: “Error uploading video. Please try again.” and then another message appears: “An invalid video was removed.” The video I am trying to upload is in MP4 and is less than 2MB.

Good day everyone. I hope all is well. I have a question regarding external webpages. I’m trying to open webpages in Figma without it opening a new tab in the browser. I unchecked the ‘Open in new browser’. However, it still opens a new tab in the browser. Basically, I’m trying to open the webpages in the Prototype screen with the iPhone 16. The webpage appears, however, once a link on the page is clicked, then a new tap is opened in the browser. I would like it all to stay in the prototype screen. I have a mobile text element that when placed in an autolayout works as expected. If you add text the spacing is between the other elements is kept.With the desktop version once placed in an autolayout the height hug is lost and I have to add it manually. It doesn’t make sense as it is doing the same thing as the mobile version. 

Any idea how to change individual bullet point colors? Am I doing something wrong here… or is this a bug?

I am unable to rotate it continuously even after i watched the tutorial please help  

I work for a company in the Organization plan. It is possible to upgrade just one of the seats to enterprise? We need this one seat to be able to create more modes for a design system.

Is there anyway you can change stroke size of multiple components at once? I have about 100 icons, that currently look like black splodges. Changing all to 1px solves this, but I have to double click twice into each component to fix…. help? 

How to do the same with code that can be done via the UI (or the shortcut “Shift”+”Command” + “H”)?The “visible=true” property hides the section completely and not the same way as it can be done through the UI.  

The GIF was used with the work piece. Is there any way I can save it so that the GIF moves when I save it as a PDF?

I was just kicked out of Figma, directed to log in again. Once I did log in, two very important drafts were completely missing. Not in deleted, trash, or in any other place. I cannot overstate how important these files are to me, and how much I need them back asap. What caused this?? How can I fix it??

I can't access all the links of figma. It says "This website cannot be accessed". I need to open a VPN to access it normally, but other colleagues of mine can access it normally. The computer has been restarted and the network is normal. I don't know why I can't access it. I want to ask if anyone has this problem and how to solve it?Thank you! 

I’m currently designing a dashboard with a base size of 1920x1080 and making it responsive using Auto Layout, so it can be previewed properly at 1280x832 and fit the screen responsively. Memory usage was very high on a Figma design file. Fixed it by removing hidden layers.How do I show the improvement in memory usage before and after the fix has been applied?

Is there a way to view / see the frame outlines on a page in figma. I’ve tried everything in view mode and i’ve searched forums but have had no luck. I’m essentially trying to create a template with frame outlines i can drop images into. The only thing i’ve found that comes close is the view > Outlines > Show outlines but that obvs makes your content disappear.Thanks, 

I’ve created a prototype with variables incl. strings for text layers and booleans for showing hiding input fields. It works fine on Mac, Chrome/ Edge / Safari and in the Figma client. ~ But when someone on a PC is viewing it in chrome, it does not show. Which ofc. is a problem when all your users are using a PC 🫠 Anyone else experiencing this problem? Anyone else experiencing this?

Background: I was creating designs using components from a design library (let's call it Alpha design library/Alpha DL). Alpha DL is a common design library used across multiple products. Different variable modes with unique colors were defined for each product and labeled as 'Brand'. Whenever I created a wireframe, the components pulled in from Alpha DL had the default mode, which I then overrode at the page level by selecting the brand pertaining to my product (e.g., Product G).Current Situation: We now have our own design library (let's call it Beta design library/Beta DL) with a single mode variable collection and published components. I created a new work file within the same Figma project using Beta DL, which is separate from the team and project where Alpha DL resides.Problem: Every time I copy and paste any design from a previous file into my new working file, it defaults to the properties of the Alpha DL mode. In the variables options, I do not see the variables I created in B

This is the screen I’ve designed. It has two scrolls, a vertical one in the whole frame and one in the horizontally stacked cards. This is the same screen in prototype view after I’ve scrolled back and forth. Any ideas whats wrong or if its a known bug? Thanks and sorry, I wasn’t able to find anything like this in the search.

I'm building a CGPA calculator in Figma using variables, but it’s giving strange results—any idea why?Hey everyone! 👋So I’m working on a simple CGPA calculator prototype using Figma variables (just for demo purposes, not full logic), and I’ve run into an odd issue. I've set up number keys from 1 to 9, and I'm using a variable called #Result to store and display the user's CGPA or input.Here's the interaction logic I’m using:Every time a number key (say 7) is clicked, I update the variable like this:Result = Result * 10 + 7So, ideally, the input flow should look like: 0 → 7 → 77 → 777 → 7777 → …But what’s happening instead:After a few clicks, it suddenly turns into: 77777776 → 777777792 → -2147483648 😩…and then it stops responding.
