Custom Figma Plugin (can it be used not on Enterprise plan?)

Hi, we have created a custom Figma Plugin using Enterprise plan.
Can it be used by users who have other types of plan? If yes, how can we get provide them the access?

Basically, the plan type doesn't matter for plugins to work (except for some API limitations). But note that private plugins are only available to members of the organization where it will be published, not guests.

Publish the plugin to Figma Community and it will be available to all users, regardless of their subscription plan.
