Very new to Figma so need some help figuring this out!

 I am trying to create a page where you hover over a section of a floorplan and the corresponding text changes colour, along with that section of the floorplan (see images).

I’m struggling as I know you can’t create two hover actions at once. Is there a way to do this using variables/styles? Or is there a better way to do this?
