Prevent component text from realigning when you hide an icon in the same component?

Hey all,

Trying to figure out how I can nest components so my text does not realign when I hide an icon in the same component. I hide the icon using properties but it moves the label text to the left, I want that text to remain in line with the other labels.

Any help would be appreciated thank you!
