I’ve read that Make began rolling out on 7 May 2025 and is included on all paid Full seats, provided AI features are turned on for the team.Could you please let me know: The intro page notes that Make is rolling out to paid Full seats “over the coming weeks.” Is there a more specific timeframe (e.g., number of weeks or a target month) for Professional-plan customers like me? Is there a way to gain early access—such as joining a beta program or another method—before it reaches my account automatically? I’d love to start testing Make on some internal prototypes.Thanks in advance! —looking forward to building with Make!

Hi everyone,I’m running into a little issue with nested components and was hoping someone here might have a solution or workaround.I’ve made an Icon component with two variants:filled: no (outlined) filled: yes (filled)This icon is used inside a Button component, which has multiple variants for interaction states like default, hover, and active.Here’s what I’m trying to do:Show the outlined icon in the default state Show the filled icon in the hover state Show the filled icon in the active stateThe problem is:When I change the icon variant in one button state, it changes across all the button states. It seems like Figma is treating the nested icon as the same instance in all button variants, so I can’t set a different icon for each state.I’d love to keep everything component-based and avoid detaching or duplicating the icon for each variant, but right now that feels like the only option.I made a figma file for clarificationHas anyone dealt with this before or found a clean workaround?T

Dear Figma Support Team,I am reaching out regarding unexpected seat adjustments that have appeared in our billing section. While no payment has been taken yet, we noticed that our next invoice includes the following charges:4 Design seat adjustments – $480 1 FigJam seat adjustment – $30It seems that additional annual seats were mistakenly added to our account, converting our existing monthly seats to annual billing. This was unintentional, and we do not wish to proceed with these charges.We would like to request the removal of these additional seat adjustments before the next invoice is processed, to ensure we are only charged for our intended plan.Additionally, we found that other users have faced similar issues, as discussed in this forum thread. Since this seems to be a recurring issue, we would appreciate your assistance in preventing these charges before they take effect.Please let us know how to proceed to ensure our billing remains correct.Looking forward to your urgent response

I have a native Android and iOS app, and we’re trying to set up deep linking for both via our main domain. Deep linking is a mechanism for launching an app using a URL. Does Figma Site support this?

hey there.we switched from Pro to Organisation. Then created teams for each client and moved our files.Access in teams is set to ‘Everyone in >Organisation Name<’.The problem, however, is that not all files are visible to the team members—only a few are shown. When we then add the user to the team, all files suddenly appear. But that doesn’t make sense if the access is set to ‘>Everyone in this organization<’, does it? Question is:Shouldn’t all team members be able to see all files if they are part of the organization? Currently, they can see the teams, but they only see the files if they are explicitly invited.

Context:  Developer with some limited design chops, developing a desktop/workstation app (not based on web technologies) from a finished Figma design created by professional designers.  Currently working on architecting our app’s UI framework and our workflow for translating design to development. Goal:  Create a UI framework for our app based on stitching together and overlaying images, with the application managing the layout of child components.  The app does not need to dynamically resize or maximize the window, past having a few different sizes to choose from (100%/200%/whatever).  It does need to render quickly and look and behave exactly the same on every platform.  Some of you may find this questionable, but trust me when I say that it’s completely standard and normal in my highly niche industry. The initial problem was that  exporting images still contained not just the background, but also all child components in it.  So I upgraded to a full seat, which allows me to hide chil

I recently upgraded my plan to Pro. I tried adding a few of my team to a project, but I’ve been asked to pay for a seat before they can edit the file I created. Is this how the pro plan works?

As you can see from this picture, every single spot that should have an image is empty and is instead save as an upside down swatch, but it’s not actually applied to it.I suppose this has to do with how figma applies images as fills rather than treating them as images.If I open the SVG in my browser it looks fine, but if I can’t import it into illustrator then I can’t really do much of anything with this

Hi! I’m having trouble with these website pages:Drop down menus in 2nd and 3rd screens (see file) open up behind the activity list although the lists are lower in the layers panel. Don’t understand why on the first screen the drop down menu works fine and doesn’t affect the auto layout of other elements on the page while it’s placed on the top of the layers panel?     Can’t get the page to scroll normally, showing all the activities, despite there being an overflow and me selecting to scroll vertically. When trying to change the frame of the activities, auto layout doesn’t let me to crop the frame (see picture n.2)     Is there a way for me to make the pages change to another page after someone selects a specific option in the drop down menu? Is that something that is possible to prototype?  Thank you <3file

Hi everyone! I'm fairly new to Figma, but I'm starting to get the hang of it. However, I’ve run into an issue with the hover interaction. I've used it throughout my project without any problems, but now, any new components I create with a hover state are flickering when hovered over. It's confusing because the same interaction has worked fine until now. Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it? I'd really appreciate any help! (Attaching a gif for better understanding) 

I am trying to make recordings of me navigating through my prototypes so that I can upload it to my site. One recording will be a single scroll through a long page, and the rest is a multi-page prototype with clicking involved. What is the best way of doing this?I was trying to use quicktime on Mac to record  my screen while I scroll through the single long page manually. Although I start at the top of the prototype when scrolling, the recording cuts off the top of the page and makes it appear as if I’ve scrolled about 400px down from the top of the page - which does not match what I saw at the time of recording. Can anyone assist with this?

The layout of the design panle has been updated. I tlooks good but I can;t find the padding and spacing settings anymore. Can someone please help me. I googled and searched.

I have two accounts, one where I mainly work at xyz@xyz.pl and the other abc@abc.eu. I would like to transfer all projects from the xyz@xyz.pl account to the abc@abc.eu account and delete xyz@xyz.pl. How can I do this? I care about this very much because soon I will not have access to the xyz@xyz.pl account.

Hello!I’m trying to create plugin for Figma. I use React + ESbuilder. I have src and dist folders. My index.html contains:<div id="root"></div><script src="ui.js"></script>The problem is that plugin doesn’t see (or what?) ui.js. When I start plugin I see only empty screen.If I write JS code exactly in script tag — it works. But with external file it doesn’t work. There are no errors anywhere.What should I do to solve this?

Hi there, I try to modify texts in a variant of my « Select » component instance. I choose the « Open » state in the component properties menu, and when it is open I write « Text » in the first item. I put back the « Default State », I switch to the prototype mode, and when I click on the component, I see the old text of the master component. How do I keep editing texts in a select open in an instance component?You can see a video capture below :  

Hi everyone,I use Figma on the web, my macOS version is Sequoia 15.4.1. I have installed the Figma Agent and it said I can use local fonts on the web, but this is not working. I tried everything from clearing cache, restarting computer, refreshing page but Figma still doesn’t show the fonts under “Installed by You”. I also have the latest google chrome version. I can’t see the fonts in an existing Figma project and also not if I create a new file. Other programs on my mac like Adobe Illustrator show all fonts without an issue.Any solutions? Thank You!  

Hello there, A tricky one: Is it intentional that when I use the GET /v1/files/:file_key/variables/local API I can get a response that contains an alias pointing to a variable that is not part of the response itself? ... "valuesByMode": { "XXXX:X": { "type": "VARIABLE_ALIAS", "id": "VariableID:XXXXX/XXXX:XXX" //<- This id is nowhere else mentioned in the response. }, ... Thank you!
