Hi Ameer! If they need to change their email address, they can now do this by visiting their account settings.

Here's a quick guide from our Help Center with more information on these steps: Manage email address or password

1. Open the file browser and click your profile in the top-left corner to open the account menu.
2. Select Settings to open the settings modal.
3. Select the Account tab to update your details
4. Click Change email underneath your email address
5. Click Change password to reset your password.
6. Click Save to apply your changes.

 
Still, if they no longer have access to the email address they used to create your Figma account, they will need to contact directly our support team for assistance . They can fill out this form here. Hope this helps!
