Since you're using Zscaler and the browser version works but the desktop app doesn’t, we recommend confirming with your IT team that the Zscaler proxy is safe-listed for Figma traffic.
Also, just to double-check, have you already followed the desktop configuration steps from these Help Center articles?
If the issue still persists, please confirm if the settings you added to com.figma.Desktop.plist
, and make sure you’re using the correct domain for your Zscaler setup. More details of the domains can be found here: https://help.zscaler.com/zia/zscaler-service-endpoints
If none of these help, I’d recommend submitting a bug report so our support team can investigate further. Please include:
