In particular, I’m looking for support that goes beyond basic troubleshooting and offers best practice guidance to ensure smooth integration with design workflows. Has anyone worked with such services?What was the uptime like and how responsive were they? Any advice on evaluating SLA terms or vendor capabilities would be greatly appreciated!

I worked with Figma AI. Now I need this as image(jpg, PDF, whatever) I don’t see where I can do this from?

I really need help on working around Connected Project not allowing between Org/Pro with same email domain. If someone have experience on solving this it would be a great help. Our project is being delayed and we really need a solution. Four company with same work email domain (because same holding company) All teams have a figma Org/Pro that was made with work email domain.  Our company has Design System Library we use among our internal teams.  We have a mega project, where we need to share this library with other 3 companies. We are attempting to have connected projects for each company, and allow our library usage. Figma won’t allow connected project due to same email domain. (below error) "Connecting team owner's email domain cannot match your organization's email domain"We tried the other company make an ID with gmail domain an admin, and create a team and become an owner of that team. This however did not work. Can anyone suggest a different approach? Or am I not doing this work

  First of all, I'm sorry to ask you a question from a beginner who doesn't even have the basics of coding. For the help of the company, I tried to create files on different MAKE web like the 2 images above. I'm trying to implement the first image by adding another tab to the web of the second image, but I've tried many times to figure out how to apply it in MAKE, but I have no idea. For example,  if I copy the code in the code column next to the preview, paste it into MAKE, and ask you to implement it, the web will be created in a completely wrong format.+addFor further explanation, if you copy the code in full like an image and paste it back in MAKE, it's implemented in a whimsical way like the last image. 12 3 4   We look forward to your grateful response from experts.

Hello! I’m trying to: make the screen scrollable vertically; and make the iPhone status bar and “scroll to top” arrow fixed stay in place I’ve managed to make the screen scrollable vertically, however, I’m having a hard time making the iPhone status bar and “scroll to top” arrow to be fixed. The “fixed stay in place” is disabled on my end. Please help me. I’m getting frustrated and can’t wrap my head about this 😦

I’m responsible for migrating a large number of Miro boards to FigJam — it’s a big company with many, many boards :/When exporting large boards with vector content, I run into issues on the Miro side due to their size. But the main reason I’m asking here is that I’m also facing problems in Figma: when importing large files, some content gets clipped and ends up outside the FigJam board, making it impossible to retrieve.Of course, I could divide the exports into smaller sections, but I’m expected to finish this project before next decade :)Is there any tips or recommendations on how to handle this in a more efficient way? Plugins? Thanks a lot!

Hi all. I have a couple of frames that have placed image in. I want to export as .svg format. I can see the image in the preview and on the preview of the .svg. But when I open the .svg in adobe illustrator the image isnt there and just should a blank box… Any ideas? It worked fine in sketch before.

This prevents team members with export permissions from copying design files, protecting intellectual property.

Hi all,Have any of you noticed this?In Figma Make, when stopping an execution and wanting to try something else, it will re-attempt to execute that same prompt that was stopped without being asked to do so and asking it to do something else. Very frustrating as most of the times the stopped execution resulted in an undesired outcome.Thanks

Your Google Fonts in Figma Sites are not up to date. I have some upcoming client work I’m excited to show using Sites’ responsive features but the Google Fonts we’re working with in their brand aren’t showing in Figma, therefore they won’t display in preview. Each board is used by a teacher and one or more students.If we want to use the paid version of Figma (Professional or Organization), do we have to pay for each seat only for our teachers (i.e., our employees) or also for students?

I used to be able to grant view-only permissions on a specific project (folder) to someone who has edit permissions at the team level. Is this no longer possible?I want to grant only 'can view' access to a specific project, but it seems that 'can edit' permission is being automatically assigned. I'm seeing a tooltip that says, 'This person can still edit, because they have edit permission on the team the file is in.

I need to switch to a new login for the Deck plugin on Figma. I can mangae plugins and remove the plugin from the menu but the next time I run it I’m still using the current liscence. How do I change liscenses? Thank you!!!

I want to change all the fonts, but I currently have thousands of pages, and my device can't handle the current feature. Is there a solution that only changes the fonts on a few pages?

Hi all,When I create a shape, fill it with an image, and set it to ‘crop’ I used to be able to adjust the size and placement of the image.For some reason now I can only adjust the size of the shape, and not the image that is filling it.How can I get this functionality back? Google and ChatGPT have told me to click on the thumbnail in the fill section, or double click on the image on the canvas, but neither of these work. They just open up the option to edit the shape again.Screenshot attached for reference.Hoping I’m missing something simple. 

In my Figma mobile prototype, I have a bottom navigation bar set to ‘Fix position when scrolling’. It appears correctly in desktop prototype preview (with iPhone 14 device selected) but when I open the shared prototype link on my actual phone, the bar is not visible until I change it ‘scroll with parent’. How can I make it appear fixed and visible immediately on mobile?

Hi, I have lost an important file on Figma and I can’t find the file in any of my projects section or in the deleted section. It just disappeared completely and when I tried to access it through a past link, I am getting the following message: You can’t access this resource Contact the owner, an admin, or support for assistance. I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around color variables in Figma Slides. Here’s my expectation:We have a component library file in Figma Design with colors variables and text-styles (which are also powered or “constructed” by variables). I’d like to create a new slide template for our product/company and would like to have maximum efficiency by just re-using what is already there and connecting the existing variables and text-styles in the Figma Slides feature. But it seems like this is not working?Here’s what’s happening:When I’m adding our component library file under Assets I get the option to pick a color for fills and text and switch to Libraries where my added library styles come up. But instead of linking this variable (such as in Figma Design), Figma Slides seems to create it’s own? So a separate color entity that just takes the values of the variable once, but will never update if I publish library updates.LOL? Why? Am I missing something? Am I holding it wrong? If it i

Hi,I have an updated version of a font which been used in our organization. I have removed the old version and installed the new one, but there is still the old font I see in my shared Figma files. For my personal Figma files I can get the new font by double clicking all textboxes, but not in my organizational shared files. Does anybody know how I can solve this? Could it be related to cache? Or do everyone in the organization need to update the font, if they havn’t yet? There is no shared fonts uploaded to our organization in Figma, it all relates to fonts locally installed.Thanks!

I’ve been dealing for some time with the quirks of using fonts as icons and Figma’s somewhat temperamental application of component variables, and I figured it was long since time to reach out here and maybe get some thoughts on how to better approach this.Where I’m at now:Currently, we’re using Font Awesome. Their figma system is comprehensive, but simple - it just gives you a base icon with a large variety of options, but lets you replace the text to get the glyph you want.Screenshot of Font Awesome’s official Figma file.This is a nice beginning, but I also want the convenience and guardrails of selected, specific icons for approved usage - designers shouldn’t be grabbing any text out of FA, and we can do this by providing more typical layout of icons.
