I received this email, I am on a student plan for an online bootcamp course- DesignLab. I need to extend my student plan. I tried resubmitting a verification status and got this message below. Not sure what to do, I need at least 4 more weeks of the plan. Please any help would be appreciated! 

I have 3 variants. The animations go as 1 => 2 => 3. When both animations are delayed, the delay works, but when the transition between 1-2 is with a click and between 2-3 is with a delay, the delay does not work.first casesecond case 

I am finding it difficult to draw the editable vector diagram from an image. Can anyone please suggest the method to do it? I tried using the pen tool and I am finding it exteremely difficult to do it in the same proportions.Attched is the image

Automatically linking color variables with text styles. Everytime i apply body(p), I want the color variable linked to it also to be applied. Any work around right now?

Hi all,  I think it could be a bug or I am missing something?  Please, advise.  I have a component called Rectangle with 4 variants (2 for grey and 2 for black). I also have two pages where that component is used. Initial setup is here.  There is an interaction on variants On Click - Change to...  When I play a prototype and on Screen 1 change the Rectangle variant to “small” and then go to screen 2 - i see Rectangle Small variant there as well, which i am not supposed to as Figma handles instances and their variants independently. Any advise on this please,  Thank you,Natasha

I keep using my education account for a year, but today i need to login to another PC, there is “Signups from this email domain are not permitted. If you believe this is an error, please contact Figma at support+compliance@figma.com.” 

Hi all, First post here so bear with me.I am trying to create a template in figma buzz but finding the font keeps automatically changing when swapping between template heights (width is the same)I have set the template to instagram square (W1080 x H1080) and set the font size to 290.The font sits inside a full width auto layout of the frame so for any changes in width, the text should wrap. However whenever i change to instagram Portrait (W1080 x H1350) the font automatically changes size to 324.23. I can’t work out why as the width hasn’t changed in any way. I'm building a web with a make AI model. I'm a beginner, so I'm using more than 200 versions due to prompt abuse, which seems to be why the web development page is slowing down. Is there a way to delete the version?

The web under development has become too slow in AI development. I think there are too many codes that have died of uselessness by adding and subtracting many functions. The user page has not slowed down much, but only AI development has slowed down, so is there a good way to improve this?

Is there any way to revert to the previous method for editing vector shapes, where you could click to add a point and then place it exactly where you want? 

For some reason, we’ve never been able to apply corner smoothing to a fully rounded rectangle or pill shape.Although I’ve found a workaround, it’s imperfect, time-consuming, and not ideal.Is there any way to apply corner smoothing to a pill shape?

Hello everyone!I have the following situation:File #1: Contains many components whose instances are being used in the same file. Also this file contains several features that now need to be splited into separate files. File #2: A new file published as a library that contains all the newer version components from File #1.What I need now is to swap the instances in File #1 to use the components from the published library (File #2) instead of the local components in the same file. Is there a way to do this automatically? Doing it manually is becoming a nightmare. Thanks,Leandro

Hi community,I’d like to share a billing issue we’ve encountered in my company and also ask for clarification on how the payment process works when upgrading a seat from one plan type to another under an annual subscription.On July 10th, we purchased two annual Dev licenses. Shortly after, we realized that this plan did not include editor access (our oversight). To fix this, we decided to upgrade one of the seats to a Full license.The problem is that after making this change, we have already been charged three additional payments, totaling approximately $334 USD, and these charges are being applied monthly (around $60 USD per month per seat) instead of being prorated according to our existing annual plan, which was paid upfront.My questions are: Why is the charge applied monthly if our base plan is annual? Shouldn’t the upgrade cost be calculated as a prorated adjustment for the remaining time in the annual cycle? Is this the expected behavior or is it a billing system error? Wil

I have created a website with Figma Make - it’s published to staging, and works fine on desktop, but when I view the same link on mobile, the site doesn’t load at all - it’s just a blank white page. Anyone else experienced this? It displays fine in mobile view within Figma (adapts responsively etc), but on the actual mobile browser - won’t load.

I was searching for my saved plugins in the new interface, but I noticed they are not listed. Even after selecting the “All” option in the top-right menu, only 25 plugins are displayed. Some of my saved plugins seem to be missing. I had to switch back to the old interface to view all the plugins I had saved in the past. I would like to ask if there is a way to display all the saved plugins in the new interface. I appreciate any help on this matter, and I hope my issue can be resolved. Thank you in advance!

When using a template I can easily hide an element but I can’t find where to show or unhide it.What I am doing wrong ?

Hi guys, I am really really frustrated by a problem with prototype view, I’ve made an interactive component with hover, pressed and active states, I’ve converted the different rectangles representing different ratios into components and then added one of the instances (16:9) into the actual interactive component to swap them later, but when I am switching the color of active states in other instances, only the text label gets changed, even tho I have properly named everything.P.S: I’ve made lots of components earlier and never had this problem, if someone could explain me, it would be great

 I created a prototype using Figma Make and saved it both as a file with the .make extension and as code in a .zip file. After that, I started a new project, but it didn’t work out, so now I want to return to my previous project. How can I restore my earlier project from these files?I am asking the question here since I was waiting for sale team to call me for over 10 days and they don't bother to contact me. This is first time it my life to meet a company which has great product and miserable sales department. Usually it works in opposite LOL
