I have been in contact with SheerID regarding the verification process for an education plan, and they confirmed I’m verified and approved, despite this Figma keeps telling me to reverify. I sent a request to Figmas support team but got back that I need to get support trough the Community Support Forum, So here we are. I cannot redo the verify process as it says my Verification limit is exceeded and that it seems like the offer is already redeemed. Please let me know how to solve this.

I also have the same problem as Anton. I’ve been verified by SheerID, but I can’t log into my account because it says it’s not configured. When I tried to create a new account, it says my verification limit has been exceeded. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
