Hello,I am writing to request a refund for an accidental annual subscription charge.I have been using the Figma Pro plan on a monthly basis. However, on May 7th, 2026, the plan was accidentally switched to an annual subscription.I realized this mistake on May 8th and immediately cancelled the seat/subscription. As this was an unintentional purchase and I took action within 24 hours, I would kindly like to request a full refund of the annual fee.I would appreciate it if you could help me revert this and process the refund. Thank you for your assistance.

I want to remove the Edu plan of my account so that my friends (which aren’t students) can access the figma file :( I dont know how to send a ticket so I come here for help :((

Our last typography update touched 14 different CSS files. Three of them broke the production build because a developer missed a tiny change to headingXl. We had changed the line height in Figma from 120% to 110%. The manual handoff process was completely failing us.I got so annoyed tracking down these mismatches that I built a tiny workflow tool to fix it. We actually deleted our entire #design-qa Slack channel because Figma variables now just export directly to GitHub PRs automatically.Figma Community: https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1561389071519901700?utm_source=figma-forum&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=botWebsite: https://ds-sync.netlify.app?utm_source=figma-forum&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=botHow is everyone else handling token name changes without breaking developer pipelines?

Hello,I have been a digital teacher with an education account (redacted by the moderator due to PII) for several years. The institution where I teach (Cifacom.com) is changing email providers this year and moving from Google (Gmail) to Microsoft (Outlook). How should I proceed so that my second-year students, whom I will see again on 10/5 for their third year, can continue to use their Figma accounts, and without losing the work they have already done in the second year?Best regards, Marc MannevY

Hi all,I'm currently designing an interactive desktop operations dashboard for an enterprise access control system and trying to build an authentic usability testing prototype in Figma. In our design, operators monitor hundreds of physical access doors and need to run simulated badge-scan overrides. I'm using Figma Variables and conditional logic on an interactive door card component, but I'm running into an issue with state reset timing:When an operator clicks Simulate Access Granted, the door status variable changes from Idle (Secured) → Unlocked / Door Open for 3 seconds. After a 3-second delay, the variable needs to evaluate whether a Hold Open toggle is active. If false, it should automatically revert back to Idle (Secured). If an operator triggers a global Emergency Lockdown, all individual door status variables across the canvas should immediately override to Forced Locked, ignoring local timer delays.Currently, chaining After delay interactions inside nested component variants s

Is there a way to turn off the AI chrome when sharing the prototype in "Make"? When sharing in the prototype view, I was expecting it to just share the screens but when I shared the link, it showed the make file with the AI chrome. Is this a big? Or will this be an enhancement?

Hi I'd like to check whether the following behavior is expected on an Education plan team.SetupOur organization is a bootcamp and has been verified for the Education plan. We have a team on the Education plan. All accounts/members show "Verified" under Education status in the People tab, and there are 0 unverified users. Inside the team, I created a folder and put files in it (both Figma Design and FigJam files). The team has "can edit" access to the team and folder ("Anyone in [team name] can edit"). On the file's Share dialog, the team also shows "can edit".What I expectedSince edit permission is set at the team, folder, and file level, and every member is verified, I expected any member to be able to directly edit a file created by someone else and edit it right away. What actually happensWhen a member (not the file creator) opens the file that others created, a banner says "You can only view and comment on this file." with a "Start editing" button. The members are signed in with th

Why on top of nothing, were 50,000 won being charged all of a sudden?(Exactly 52,903 won)Please refund. I have never paid such a large pricing plan.I have never made any payment. And cancel all subscription plans and refund them unconditionally. QuicklyIt seems like it was billed annually, but I have no intention of using it and never agreed to an annual subscription. Please refund. I have not used any features since making the payment. Please refund quickly.

To repeat the issue, create a form and remove fill and any other style it has, then click elsewhere, now try to select it by clicking and draging, and it won’t be selected like the software doesn’t see it, while it style exist and you can see on the layer panel,And that is an issue that should be fixed.

I have several components from a published Figma library that are permanently stuck in Review Updates. For example, one icon (Support) shows 25 instances requiring an update. Review Updates shows “Preview unavailable” for both the current and updated versions. Clicking Update/Update all appears to work, but the exact same update immediately returns.I’ve already tried Repair Component Connections and rebuilding connections.I also investigated the file using Figma Agent. It identified the exact 25-instance cohort (Home Topbar → Buttons Icon → Support) and confirmed that all component IDs, keys, instance-swap properties, variables, overrides, and parent components resolve correctly. No broken or stale references are visible in the document graph. As a test, I completely removed the affected nested dependency from the source component and published the library again. The same 25-instance update still remained. Two other components (Info and Text Field Single Line) are now exhibiting the same

I used a code instance from Figma Make in figma sites for my website but when i publish the site it doesn't show up. It shows on preview but not when published.

So, I have a component with video layer, then an instance of a button to control the play pause. It works in the master component but not in children.I’m noticing lots of users struggling with this and seen had written similar topics but had no replies. What I’m asking is, that along with other similar sort of bugs/issues is there timelines to get these sorted?I’m having to create two versions of the same variant, one with and one without autoplay, which seems a bit unnecessary when the prototype controls already offer a play/pause, but for non-components.

If I have a team with some members not spending their Make credits, I want to commandeer those as an admin. Or even better, I’d like an admin setting to put the sum of all the credits for our full seats into one shared bucket.

Hey community. Here is Tode - analytics for figma plugins/widgets!In Figma you see how many installs, likes.. But how users behave after they launch your plugin? With Tode you can track features usage, number of unique users, sessions duration, countries and editors (Figma, FigJam, Dev Mode), revisit rate.Just add some lines of code and track actions from UI. We don't use cookies so it will work inside plugin sandbox! We have adapters for React/Vue/Svelte/Angular and just TS. There is a free plan where you can try it out on one plugin.usetode.devFeel free to share your suggestions for improvement, I will do my best :)  App is 100% dogfooded because i use it on my own plugins published in Community. Cheers!

Been using Fig Stats lately, but I feel it’s still hard to track my own plugin performance properly.Main issue for me:It mostly focuses on public/hot plugins My own plugin data feels incomplete Weekly Figma analytics emails are hard to compare over time No clear trends/history/insightsSo I’m thinking about building a small tool that:Connects to Gmail Automatically reads Figma weekly analytics emails Builds historical charts Tracks installs/runs/retention over time Gives simple AI insights/trend analysisSomething like:“your installs dropped because ranking/search exposure changed”Would any Figma plugin developers actually use this?Curious if this is just my pain point or a real problem for others too.

Hi there friendly forum,I’ve got a plugin (1616762647761910788) that’s been sitting in review for around a month now. Is there any way to get a progress check on how far along in the process it is?I assume with AI now the review process may be extended, but wondering if there’s any reasonable way for Figma to communicate progress. My plugin does not make any external calls (other than Google Fonts), and doesn’t store anything locally.

The descriptions written in variables should be shown when selecting/picking them in respective pickers - maybe as tooltip? Otherwise I don’t see, how this could be accessed/taken into account by the users of our library. The grid view of the color picker shows the actual name as tooltip for example. This could also be used to actually show the description.

I’d like a way to add a fill to a main component that is visible only while editing the component. It should not appear on instances used in other files through a library.Current behaviorIn a library file, I add a fill to a layer in a component, such as a background or guide color. I turn Show in exports off for that fill. This works, and the fill stays out of exports. I publish the library and use the component in another file. The instance still shows the fill on the canvas. These are client-facing end screens, so the fill shouldn’t be visible there. What I needWhen a fill is set to not show in exports, I want a way to have it also hidden on instances in consuming files. This could be a separate option, for example “Hide on instances,” or the same setting applied to instances.Design systems often need fills that help while building a component but shouldn’t appear in the final screens. The current workarounds are to hide the fill by hand on every instance, or to build a separate varia

I've been really enjoying the new Motion features in Figma. The experience feels intuitive, and creating animations has become much faster and more enjoyable. Even in its current state, Motion shows a lot of potential, and I'm excited to see how it evolves. While testing, I came across a few areas that could significantly improve the workflow: Nested Layers in the Timeline When working with nested layers, child layers currently appear individually in the timeline alongside their parent layer. This can make the timeline cluttered and difficult to manage. It would be helpful if the timeline supported nesting similar to the Layers panel, with expandable and collapsible groups. Dedicated Clipping Mask Workflow Motion currently lacks dedicated clipping mask support. A masking workflow similar to After Effects would make it much easier to create and animate reveals, transitions, and other advanced motion effects without relying on workarounds. Dedicated Alignment Controls Motion currently

Why animations start by their own, how to control them in prototype mode? I just wanted to create opening menu, but how - OK, placed animated menu component inside main screen, and then it starts to play indefinitely - I just expected simple “Pause at load” feature :/

why can’t figma make make components that we can import back into figma. It would be useful to us make to generate a design system, using prompting and be able to import thes eback into figma as components.

Currently, when multiple objects are grouped, moving an individual object within that group causes it to be removed from the group. This makes working with groups unnecessarily difficult, as even minor adjustments require users to manually ungroup and regroup the remaining objects afterward.Instead, users should be able to reposition objects within a group while preserving the group relationship, allowing for quicker iteration and reducing unnecessary rework. This would make groups behave more predictably and better support common editing workflows.

Hi, It happened to our team multiple times, that version history events captured the wrong user. Last night I initiated a “Save to version history” , and the entry showed a colleague’s avatar. Restarting the application and checking the next day did not solve the issue. This is not the first time it happened. The other instances were when publishing or merging a branch. This undermines traceability. Hope you can find and resolve this issue. Thanks!

Seems like the IPad doesn’t load developer widgets in figjam files (even if the file has the widget loaded in the desktop app). Is there a way I can test my developer-widget in the IPad app before publishing it? Or can I publish the widget privately to test on IPad without signing up for a full enterprise account? Thanks for any help!
