Fixing broken production builds caused by typography updates

Our last typography update touched 14 different CSS files. Three of them broke the production build because a developer missed a tiny change to headingXl. We had changed the line height in Figma from 120% to 110%. The manual handoff process was completely failing us.

I got so annoyed tracking down these mismatches that I built a tiny workflow tool to fix it. We actually deleted our entire #design-qa Slack channel because Figma variables now just export directly to GitHub PRs automatically.
