Hey community. Here is Tode - analytics for figma plugins/widgets!In Figma you see how many installs, likes.. But how users behave after they launch your plugin? With Tode you can track features usage, number of unique users, sessions duration, countries and editors (Figma, FigJam, Dev Mode), revisit rate.Just add some lines of code and track actions from UI. We don't use cookies so it will work inside plugin sandbox! We have adapters for React/Vue/Svelte/Angular and just TS. There is a free plan where you can try it out on one plugin.usetode.devFeel free to share your suggestions for improvement, I will do my best :)  App is 100% dogfooded because i use it on my own plugins published in Community. Cheers!

Been using Fig Stats lately, but I feel it’s still hard to track my own plugin performance properly.Main issue for me:It mostly focuses on public/hot plugins My own plugin data feels incomplete Weekly Figma analytics emails are hard to compare over time No clear trends/history/insightsSo I’m thinking about building a small tool that:Connects to Gmail Automatically reads Figma weekly analytics emails Builds historical charts Tracks installs/runs/retention over time Gives simple AI insights/trend analysisSomething like:“your installs dropped because ranking/search exposure changed”Would any Figma plugin developers actually use this?Curious if this is just my pain point or a real problem for others too.

Hi there friendly forum,I’ve got a plugin (1616762647761910788) that’s been sitting in review for around a month now. Is there any way to get a progress check on how far along in the process it is?I assume with AI now the review process may be extended, but wondering if there’s any reasonable way for Figma to communicate progress. My plugin does not make any external calls (other than Google Fonts), and doesn’t store anything locally.

We currently have an existing Figma Professional Plan and would like to merge it into our existing Organization Plan. Is it possible to migrate all associated assets, including files, projects, folders, team structure, and assigned seats, from the Professional Plan to the Organization Plan without losing data, permissions, version history, or user access? What is the recommended process to ensure a seamless transition while retaining ownership and collaboration settings?

It would be a great idea to add the ability to move annotations (сhanging the place). Right now, they’re fixed in place and can overlap other elements. And you cannot change it.What I mean is the ability to reposition an annotation freely while keeping the link to the target object intact.Annotations are a really useful feature—thank you! Previously, I had to create similar functionality using my own objects. Please do not move this offer to another discussion. 🙏Can we move the Figma Annotations (in dev mode) from one Figma project to another? These are different questions.

The descriptions written in variables should be shown when selecting/picking them in respective pickers - maybe as tooltip? Otherwise I don’t see, how this could be accessed/taken into account by the users of our library. The grid view of the color picker shows the actual name as tooltip for example. This could also be used to actually show the description.

Hey everyone 👋Figma's PDF export and I have a complicated relationship. My 48-slide deck came out at 88.2 MB: too heavy to email, too heavy for most upload forms. So I built (ok, co-built, let's be honest) a little plugin: PDFShock. It flattens each slide into a compressed image, then puts the real text back on top. You can still select and search your PDF, and your links stay clickable. On that same deck:→ Figma export: 88.2 MB→ PDFShock Balanced: 16.5 MB, still sharp on screen→ PDFShock Smallest: 7.1 MB It works in Figma Design and Figma Slides, and everything runs locally: your file never leaves Figma. Then I got a bit carried away 😅 There's now a website too, for PDFs you've already exported (Figma, Canva, Keynote…). It compresses them right in your browser, nothing gets uploaded. And there's a wizard who ⚡ zaps ⚡ your PDFs, drops a few punchlines and gives you a tiny game to play while your file compresses. Completely useless, therefore absolutely essential. → Plugin: https://ww

Hi Figma Support,I'm experiencing an ongoing issue with email notifications for comments. All notifications are enabled at both the account and individual file levels. I've already checked my email filters, spam folders, and notification preferences, but I'm still not receiving comment notification emails.Could you please investigate whether these emails are being generated and delivered correctly, and whether there's any issue or suppression affecting my account? This is impacting my daily workflow, as I rely on comment notifications to keep track of client feedback.Thank you!

Hello, I’m looking for help with a published Figma site:https://hd-ningbo.figma.siteThe site has started showing browser-specific access issues. In Microsoft Edge, the site is blocked with:net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALIDEdge reports that the certificate is valid in date and issued by Let’s Encrypt (YE2), but it does not match hd-ningbo.figma.site. The certificate appears to identify only IP address 141.193.154.146. Since the site uses HSTS, Edge will not allow me to bypass the warning. In Firefox, the site fails during loading with:/bootstrap: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resourceChrome had previously loaded the site successfully, but Edge is now blocked and Firefox cannot complete bootstrap. This is a *.figma.site subdomain, not a custom domain, so I do not control DNS or CAA records. Figma Support suggested allowing time for SSL provisioning, but the site was already published and previously accessible, and the issue has continued beyond 30 minutes.Has anyone else encountere

Update: Managed to solved it without a new plan. You can close this topic.Hello, I don’t want to renew plan for now, as I work with a figma plan on my company email. However, my existing account which is a private email, now under locked and I can’t access my files or undo it.I need help solving that asap. Thank you,Asaf

From my previous question I now know how to transfer or merge an existing two plans (Professional plan merge or transfer to Organization plan) into one from this article: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/10250387712407-Transfer-a-folder-or-team-to-a-different-account#h_01J5BDVCA0XT1PX6B4AB30PZRZBut I still have some few questions: Does the seat transfer from the Pro Plan to the Org Plan also include Collab and Dev Seats? What happens to the existing Pro Plan after the migration? Since the team folders, seats, and team members will be transferred to the Org Plan, we do not anticipate any further need for the Pro Plan. Our primary objective is to fully consolidate everything under the Org Plan. How will the billing work for the additional seats once they are transferred to the Org Plan? The files on the Draft folder of a team member, will that be transferred as well? in the migration process to the Org plan from Pro plan

Yesterday evening, my account showed more than 2,000 AI credits. This morning, the balance was zero. I did not expect to use all of those credits overnight.Could you please check my credit usage history and explain what caused the balance to drop? If the credits were deducted in error, I would appreciate it if you could restore them.Thank you for your help.

ProblemWhen creating a Slot property in Figma, designers can define preferred instances through the Select instances popup. However, when working with complex design systems and multiple nested components, finding the right components through a list can take extra time.Designers may already have the desired components arranged on the canvas, making the list-based selection feel less direct than it needs to be.Proposed SolutionIntroduce a “Select from canvas” option within the Slot property's Preferred instances settings. When activated, designers could click eligible components directly on the canvas to add them to the preferred instances list. The workflow could be: Select the main component and open its Slot property settings. Click Select from canvas in the Preferred instances section. Click the desired components on the canvas to select them. Confirm the selection and return to the Slot property settings. Expected Benefits Faster workflow: Reduce the time spent searching and sc

I was working in a file today for many hours, and all of a sudden, my designs were gone. I checked version history, and no sign of them there. There are a handful of hours where the file remains unchanged, which is not possible. How can I recover these ‘deleted’ files? No clue how they went missing or how to recover them.

We have a design system set up with tokens (variables) to enable all components to switch between light and dark mode. For developers/viewers to see what a screen should look like in Dark mode, we have to duplicate that screen. But as an editor I can set the colour mode variable at the Page level to Dark and all screens on the canvas/page turn to dark mode. If developers/viewers could also do this, I could delete the dark mode duplicates of every screen and only have one copy of each screen, defaulted to light mode, and then just toggle dark mode as needed. This would be much more efficient on memory usage and maintenance.

I opened a support ticket thirteen days ago, and two days later Ben Anderson contacted me to confirm the details of my two devices, which were having issues with their accounts. Ticket ID: #2152830.It has now been nine days since that communication, and thirteen days in total since I opened the ticket, and I still haven’t received any response, despite having provided all the information that was requested from me.Is this person an AI? Is there anywhere within Figma where I can contact a real person from the support team?Thank you very much.

I’d like a way to add a fill to a main component that is visible only while editing the component. It should not appear on instances used in other files through a library.Current behaviorIn a library file, I add a fill to a layer in a component, such as a background or guide color. I turn Show in exports off for that fill. This works, and the fill stays out of exports. I publish the library and use the component in another file. The instance still shows the fill on the canvas. These are client-facing end screens, so the fill shouldn’t be visible there. What I needWhen a fill is set to not show in exports, I want a way to have it also hidden on instances in consuming files. This could be a separate option, for example “Hide on instances,” or the same setting applied to instances.Design systems often need fills that help while building a component but shouldn’t appear in the final screens. The current workarounds are to hide the fill by hand on every instance, or to build a separate varia

When I try to login to my figma account in another device, it requires Gmail code authentication, but the email never sent to my inbox, already checked the inbox, junk, or spam folders but still nothing. My email is (redacted by the moderator due to PII).Thankyou

Hello Figma Support Team,I am writing to request a refund for an unexpected charge on my account. I recently cancelled my subscription, but I was still issued a charge for a prorated seat adjustment. These extra seat upgrades were completely accidental and unintended. I was not aware that viewers had automatically upgraded themselves to paid seats, nor was I aware that I would be billed retroactively after hitting cancel.Since the account is now cancelled and we are no longer using these features, I kindly request that you review my account history and issue a courtesy refund for this final transaction.Account：(redacted by the moderator due to PII) was mistakenly enabled when applying for edit permissions. The monthly payment feature has not been utilized. Please help cancel this monthly subscription order.Thank you for your time and help.

I've been trying to pay for the subscription since yesterday. But the payment failed.A check with the credit card company shows that Figma is trying to charge the card with incorrect Expiration Date. But I updated the Expiration Date. And still it doesn't work. The credit card company claims that the last check of the transaction was yesterday. Additional attempts are not even sent to the credit card company. I tried another credit card, same problem. What should I do?!

Hi, I need help recovering access to my Figma files. My Figma account was linked to my college email ([Redacted by moderator - 2026/10/08]), which has been deactivated after my transfer without notice. I can no longer log in, and all my design files are stuck there.I have a personal Figma account ([Redacted by moderator - 2026/10/08]) and would love to transfer the files there if possible. The college confirmed they cannot restore the email. Is there any way Figma support can help me regain access or move the files? Thanks so much in advance!

all AI features for figma education are missing, how can i fix this?
