I generally use the monthly payment method, and I understood that the service was set to monthly payments. However, I received a high bill on today's statement, and upon checking, I found that it was set to annual payments. Is it possible to cancel this and change it back to monthly payments?

Hi there!A few months ago, our campany merged with another one whose designers used to work with Balsamiq. They’ve just migrated to our Figma organization workspace but obviously wouldn’t want to lose their Balsamiq ressources.Does anyone have any advice or process to share to transfer Balsamiq files and librairies to Figma ?Thx a lot for your help,Jess

Current music is repeating. I get boring after listening in 30 minutes and open some lo-fi hip hop stream. Really want to use FigJam music. Please, add more tracks or direct audio stream from SOME lo-fi music stream. Sincerely, Mikhail.

Hi! I submitted the plugin candds.supply (ID 1691435676774131973). It needs a paid license key to work, so I have a review key ready for the review team. Since this forum is public, could a Figma Support Specialist message me privately so I can share it? Thanks!

Dear Figma Support Team,  We currently have an active annual Figma Professional subscription, which is set to expire in approximately one month.  We would like to renew our subscription in advance for another full year, keeping exactly the same plan, number of seats, and current settings, without any changes.  However, the renewal option is currently unavailable in our account, and the subscription button is disabled.  Our current subscription was purchased through a third-party reseller.  Could you please let us know if it is possible to arrange an early renewal or reserve the same subscription for the upcoming year?  We would like to ensure uninterrupted access to our existing workspace and seats.  Thank you for your assistance.  Best regards,

This is a suggestion for a “quality of life improvement” new feature. Current behaviour:The variable selection within a collection and its extended collections are not synced. When one selects a variable in an collection / extended collection, the variable selection can be different for a collection and its extended collection.Steps to recreate current behaviour: Select collection P Select variable A within that collection Select extended collection (P extended) Select another variable B within the extended collection Switch back to collection P The selected variable in collection P is still AExpected behaviour:The expected behaviour is that the selected variable should be synced between a collection and its extended collections.Typical flow of a designer is to extend a collection and then modify specific variables within the extended collection. They switch back and forth between the collections to validate the previous variable value and the modified variable value. Steps to recreate

Hi Figma team, We're trying to publish our own plugin to Figma Community. When we submit it, publishing is blocked with this message: "We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed." We haven't knowingly changed anything on the account. We'd like to verify it and finish publishing, and are happy to provide any verification documents or details you need. We're also emailing support@figma.com with a link to this post so the two can be matched up. Thanks!

Hi Figma team,I’d like to report an issue, or ask whether there’s a recommended solution, related to how the Figma desktop app updates itself on Windows. What happensEvery time Figma updates, a new folder named after the version is created under C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Figma\ (for example app-126.8.18, app-126.9.11, and app-126.9.13, as shown in the screenshot below). The Figma.exe that actually runs appears to be the one inside the newest version folder (second screenshot), so the path to the running executable seems to change with every update. However, I’m not entirely sure about this, because there is also a Figma.exe in the root folder (C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Figma\Figma.exe, screenshot below). Why this is a problemThird-party apps that identify Figma by its executable path stop working after an update. Initially, the third-party app targets  a Figma.exe in the root folder (C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Figma\Figma.exe, screenshot above).

Hello Figma Support Team,My file suddenly became completely black, and all elements/design components have disappeared. I have already attempted all standard troubleshooting steps, including:- Opening in Incognito/Private mode and trying different browsers/devices- Clearing browser cache and toggling Hardware Acceleration- Restoring older versions via Version History (all show a black screen)This seems to be a file-level corruption or server-side rendering issue. Could a support specialist please look into this file and help restore it to a working state?File Link: []Account Email: [redacted by the moderator due to PII]Thank you for your assistance.

When using the new text, Several functions in design are not available😅

HiI would like to get a quote for a client for the following: Figma Enterprise subscription.• Two (2) Full Seats.• 12 month contract term.• Continuation of existing workspaces, projects, files, libraries, and design assets.• Enterprise security.• Enterprise-level support and subscription management.• Continued access to all existing Figma content without disruption.

When I open the PDF export preview, all the characters and elements on the slides appear correctly. However, after exporting and downloading the PDF, several elements are missing from the final document. This creates a discrepancy between the export preview and the actual exported PDF. The content is visible in the preview but does not appear in the downloaded file as expected.Expected behavior:The exported PDF should accurately preserve all the content and visual elements displayed in the export preview.Actual behavior:Several elements that are visible in the export preview are missing from the exported PDF.I will attach the following files for reference: The original slide in Figma Slides. A screenshot of the PDF export preview showing the complete content. A screenshot of the exported PDF showing the missing elements. Please investigate this issue and help identify the cause of the discrepancy between the export preview and the exported PDF.Thank you.original slideexport previewe

Hi everyone,I published a site using Figma Make and integrated my Google Analytics (GA4) tracking ID via the native settings. While basic metrics like total visits, active users, and real-time pageviews are tracking perfectly, my Average Engagement Time is showing up as completely blank or zero.I have verified that Enhanced Measurement is enabled on the GA4 side, and I am definitely spending enough time actively browsing the site for it to trigger an engaged session.Any guidance or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

Figma motion does not currently have the ability to play and export video fills, so video objects are treated as static images. The ability to incorporate video objects into the timeline would be extremely helpful. Exposing the current frame of a video as a keyframeable property be a great solve.

Opening the Windows Emoji Panel (Win+.) works, but clicking any emoji fails to insert it anywhere in Figma.Test and failed: Canvas text layers, layer names, page names, component names... (everywhere) Additional notes: This issue only occurs in the Figma Desktop App, browser works properly.  Figma desktop app Windows 11

Free Figma Plugin ‘Frame Name Control’Hi everyone,When you review a layout or share your screen, the name labels above frames ("Frame 1", "Frame 2", and so on) can get in the way. I made a free plugin for Figma that hides them with one click. Click again, and the original names come back. 🔗 Community page: https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1688801901935556430 What it does  - Hides frame name labels on the canvas and restores them with a second click  - Remembers the original names, even after you close and reopen the file  - Works on the current page, all pages, or only the layers you select  - Adds a Hide/Show Frame Name button under Tools in the right panel after the first run  - Runs from a keyboard shortcut such as ⌥⌘F on macOS, after a one-time setup in System Settings (the plugin window shows the steps) I'd love to hear how it works in your files and what you'd change. 🤗

I would like to volunteer for the Figma Config event and assist with event management. I’m happy to assist with crowd management, stalls, meals, or any other tasks where support is needed.  I’m not looking for compensation, I just want the opportunity to contribute and be part of Config India.  I would really appreciate the opportunity.

This would be handy if I want to mass-select and find hidden layers to show altogether. Unless this is a technical limitation, I am shocked that this is not integrated as an option from the get-go.

Hello Awesome community, It would be very helpful for Design System builder community support if we could create styles based on other styles, aka style variants to support use cases like these 3: Type Style A needs to be used with an underline to emphasize that the text is a hyperlink. There is no way to amend the style A without unlinking it at the moment. So either I create an extra style or I have elements in my design system that are not ruled by Type Styles; in both cases this creates extra work and potential for errors when updating the typography for specific projects based on the Design system file. Color Style B is used as a Primary accent color @100% opacity but also as a SurfaceTints and State Brushes with varying opacity values. This requires a design system file to include individual color styles for each case (aka Brushes based off of Primary) as parent containers currently set opacity for all content unless said opacity is par of a Color Style. This is extremely tim

The IssueI am trying to give team level view permissions to members but they are not being received. Because of the confidentiality of the project, access permissions are controlled at team level and is set to “People invited to team”.  I am inviting the team members the same way I’ve done everyone previously but they don’t receive an email and they have no notifications to accept. Even if I add them to the team and then share a link they still can’t access the team or pages. Unless they are able to “Accept” the invitation they can never access any of the team content. Even this behavior feels inconsistent, because sometimes they can request access and sometimes it says it can’t be found. (Picture attached) It’s causing major issues with giving access to our new devs.  It’s also difficult to trouble shoot because they are on such a large time difference we are rarely on at the same time.Additional Info:We are on an Enterprise account We predominately only have trouble with our contract

Hello Figma Community Support,The Figma Help Center assistant directed me here and stated that Community Support specialists can route this case to the plugin review team. Please help forward my request for clarification and reconsideration.Plugin: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]Plugin ID: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]Resource: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]The rejection message states:“We're not able to approve apps that overlap with native capabilities in the Figma MCP server. Consider building skills on top of the official use_figma tool.”I understand the concern about overlapping functionality. However, this plugin was developed to address a local-font loading difference observed in testing on October 11, 2026:1. An existing native text node used the font family “HYDiShengYingXiongTi”, style “J”.2. The official use_figma workflow could read the node, but loading its original font with figma.loadFontAsync failed

I’d like to change my forum username to be the same as my Figma community handle `sableqw`. Thank you
