I tried centering the transform origin and applying a new frame, but the same issue persists ;( The strange thing is that the small button moves to the left even though the coordinates are the same. Even though the constraints are set to the center. My AI says this issue occurs because Figma aligns elements to the top left. How can I fix this?
The current Tables feature in Figma feels quite limited. It would be fantastic if some basic functionalities could be introduced soon, such as: • The ability to easily resize cells without needing to adjust font size • The option to merge cells • Top, middle, and bottom text alignment options These enhancements would bring Figma’s table functionality more in line with what we already have in tools like Keynote and Google Slides.
Hello everyone, I'm developing a FigJam plugin and have encountered an issue when trying to access the children of a SectionNode. The behavior seems to depend on the section's lock state, and I'd like to understand if there's a way to get the children even when the section is locked. I've tested the following scenarios using the code snippet below: 1. Section not locked: I can successfully get the children. 2. Lock background only: I cannot get the children. The node.children property returns an empty array. 3. Children placed on the section and then the section is locked (Lock all): I can successfully get the children. 4. Section locked (Lock all) and then children are placed on it: I cannot get the children. I'm specifically looking for a way to get the children in scenarios 2 and 4. Is there a specific API or method to achieve this? Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated. Hello Figma Support Team, I have been using the new Figma Make AI feature to generate designs, but I am unable to connect these files to Bravo Studio (and other third-party integrations) because: The files created via Make AI are saved as /make/ links, even after moving or duplicating them into my team/project. Bravo Studio (and most Figma plugins or APIs) require a /file/ URL to recognize and import the design. Even after attempting to move, duplicate, or export/import the file within the team/project, the file remains stuck as a /make/ link, not a /file/ link. This severely limits the usability of Make AI-generated designs in any real-world development or handoff workflow. Steps to reproduce: Generate a new design using Figma Make AI. Move or duplicate the file into a Team or Project (on Starter/free plan). Right-click and “Copy link” – link is always in /make/ format, never /file/. I’d like to suggest the ability to expose fill properties—specifically image and color fills—as editable component properties in Figma. Use Case: In designing components like cards, avatars, or thumbnails, it’s common to have a placeholder image or color that needs to be customized per instance. Currently, to change the fill, I have to drill down into the component’s layers and manually adjust the fill, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Proposed Solution: Allow fills (both image and color) to be exposed as component properties, similar to how text and instance swaps are handled. This would enable users to change fills directly from the right-hand properties panel when selecting a component instance, streamlining the workflow and improving efficiency. I’m experiencing several bugs when I’m nesting prototypes inside my Figma sites. I’m listing several bugs I encountered, would love to know if anyone else is experiencing something similar: State changes using triggers are not registering in prototypes e.g. when I nest a button with hover and press states in a page, the button doesn’t return to the default state once I release the click or move the cursor away from the button. Borders with opacity below 100% don’t show up in my deployment e.g. I’m using a 1px solid black border with 10-30% opacity and it barely renders in the prototypes Deployment vs. Design Any vectors shapes with fill doesn’t respond to the triggers when animating e.g. when I change an icon going from 60% → 100% opacity from default to hover state. It doesn’t recognize the state change like it does in Figma design files. Not sure if this is some rendering issue of if the prototypes in Sites are just buggy.
I have designed a website in Figma Sites. But after publishing I found that some images are not displayed, only black squares. The problem is only on mobile browsers (Chrome and Safari). In addition, if I minimize and maximize the browser a couple of times, the image will appear, but only the one that was in the visibility zone. The typography is automaticly resized troughout the whole Figma document witouth me doing something. I think this is a very problometic. Every font now needs to be edited manually.

When using dynamic strokes, the end point sometimes renders with a visible gap or an extended point, instead of rounded end. I believe this is a bug. Example of gap: Example of point:
