When creating hand-off documents I like to showcase user flows by using arrows between different UI elements. I have to use plugins to create these arrows at the moment. When playing with Figjam I notice it had a connector option - this is great. I would love it if we could also have this connector option inside Figma as it would be a HUGE timesaver for hand-off. I would like to think this would be a super easy update given that we can already edit connectors inside Figma. We just need a connector button in the toolbar like so:
Hi, since a few days I cannot edit any Sites sections that contain Make components.Any change results in endless vertical growth of the section it’s contained in (see screenshot attached). This is the case even if it’s just a manual text change within the Make code component. I was hoping that it was a one time thing, but it keeps happening to any part of the page across several files that contain a Make component. I can consistently reproduce it.Eventually, it leads to the site crashing and my only option to resolve the issue is to reset a previous page before changes in version history, not allowing me to make any changes to Make code embeds.I haven’t received any error message for this yet. I’ve observed that a notification appears that prompts me to reconnect layers (see image below), but that doesn’t fix the issue. I think Figma should have a feature that lets you update an entire list of typography used in a design system. It’s so tiring editing this one by one
I’ve created my site with 4 breakpoints. When I use a combination of font styles (Inter Regular + Inter Semibold) within a single paragraph, In the editor mode, it looks perfectly fine. But in preview mode, the text appears different and in irregular size across breakpoints (except primary) Need help how to fix it? Not sure if it’s a bug or if I’m making a mistake?
I'm so pissed off by FIGMA MAKE!!FIGMA MAKE used to be very smart, quickly understanding any requirements I asked for. Lately, however, it's been incredibly clumsy! I've been given a lot of requirements and then constantly making random changes. I find this experience incredibly poor! I'm so angry!
Hi, I absolutely love Figma Slides, but there are still some caveats (like the usage of variables that is missing). So here's the next one; editing and presenting from a mobile device using the Figma app. Whether it will be a standalone app or a feature in the current one, I want it, I need it, actually. Especially the editing part, I would like to be able to do that on tablet (it's 2025 guys, even keynote and powerpoint have it). Thanks :)
We have users having issues with Design links disappearing after a refresh. It shows the design is there, but once they refresh or leave page and come back, they are gone. I have tried linking myself and have the same issue. Not sure if anyone has had experienced this before. We also contacted Atlassian support and they pointed us here.
I’m experiencing several bugs when I’m nesting prototypes inside my Figma sites. I’m listing several bugs I encountered, would love to know if anyone else is experiencing something similar: State changes using triggers are not registering in prototypes e.g. when I nest a button with hover and press states in a page, the button doesn’t return to the default state once I release the click or move the cursor away from the button. Borders with opacity below 100% don’t show up in my deployment e.g. I’m using a 1px solid black border with 10-30% opacity and it barely renders in the prototypes Deployment vs. Design Any vectors shapes with fill doesn’t respond to the triggers when animating e.g. when I change an icon going from 60% → 100% opacity from default to hover state. It doesn’t recognize the state change like it does in Figma design files. Not sure if this is some rendering issue of if the prototypes in Sites are just buggy.
Hi, i had made an account on figma, I made a design file in it and transferred the ownership to other account after accepting the invite. Left the file after transferring ownership. Now my second account dont show the file anywhere. I have even checked trash its not there. It has happened to 2 of my design files up till now. How can i recover my files as these were important. I have already Submitted a ticket but haven't got any response back yet. Ticket Number : #1478316
Click and drag to increase or decrease values is still partially broken after a year since the issue first arrived. It only works sometimes and the troubleshooting we’ve been provided doesn't address the issue. Its not a critical issue, but one that happens everyday. Any update on this?
Figma Make is great for creating animations and interactions, but it’s pretty annoying that it ‘improves’ the content all the time. I work with real content that is complex. That complexity is part of the problem I’m trying to solve, so it doesn’t work that Figma deletes it and proudly proclaimes that this is better for the user. In my second attempt I created the animations and interactions first. Then I tried to insert the real content piece by piece (‘replace this paragraph for this paragraph’). That also did not work; Figma Make still changes the structure and rewrites the content. (And not only the content I’m working on but in the whole page..) So.. is there a way to prevent this?
Here’s a link to the prototype that presents the bug in question Figma – 24 Jun 22 I cannot make either the main component nor the child of the component ‘scroll to’ top nor bottom. My goal is to have a parent component with interchangeable content in the middle, with two buttons for scrolling to top and bottom, so that when I make child components and change the content in the middle the functionality of scrolling to top and bottom still works. When I’m using just frames for everything, then everything works fine. But, as soon as I make a component the ‘scroll to’ buttons stop working. I also tried making the content height ‘hug’, but the behaviour doesn’t change. Why doesn’t ‘Scroll to’ interaction on buttons ‘Top’ and ‘Bottom’ work?
