I am a user in Chinese Mainland, and my computer system is Windows11. Now I have a bad problem. When exporting frame and export layer in figma, fonts and graphics in the exported image have stroke lines, as shown in the figure. This problem has been bothering me for a long time, and I am eager to know how to solve it.

Hi @Xjie

I understand that when exporting frames or layers in Figma on your Windows 11 system, the resulting images show unexpected stroke lines around fonts and graphics.

To help narrow down the cause, could you check the following:

  1. Are any of the elements in your design positioned at decimal values (e.g., X: 100.5 instead of X: 100)? This can sometimes cause issues with how things look when exported.

  2. Could you try changing the resampling option in your export settings from “Detailed” to “Basic” and see if that improves the result? You can find more about this here: Export formats and settings – Resampling

If neither of these resolves the issue, could you try opening the file on a different computer to check if the same problem occurs?

If the issue still persists, we’d recommend submitting a bug report so our team can investigate further. You can follow the steps outlined in this guide: Submit a bug report

Thanks,

Thank you for your reply. Two solutions have been attempted but did not solve the problem. We tried using another computer (Windows 10) to open the figma file, and the export did not encounter any issues. The image is normal.
In addition, this issue has been bothering me for a long time, and every file export will encounter similar problems. As far as I know, many UI designers encounter the same problem as me, as they use Windows 11 on their computers.
I have sent a bug report and look forward to the figma team resolving this bug as soon as possible.

Update your GPU driver — this solution helped other users resolve this problem

The problem has been resolved, thank you very much!👍
