Hello! I’ve run into an issue: initially, the text and input elements were perfectly center-aligned with each other. But after I started editing the text field, it shifted upward, and ‘Align middle’ no longer works. What could be the problem? I’d really appreciate your help!
I'm designing a segmented control in Figma. I want only one item to be in the "Selected" state at a time — so when I click on an item, it becomes selected and the others automatically return to the default state. Is there a way to prototype this without manually creating a separate interaction for every possible combination? I’d like to keep it scalable if possible. I've heard that using Variables and "Set Variable" actions might help, but I'm not sure how to set that up correctly.
Hey Community!I always struggle with creating responsive designs using the correct combination of constraints, auto layout & prototype settings. I am trying to create a side panel with the following expected behavior: Logo section (Topmost): Must always be visible on screen & not scroll with the page Middle section with menu items that scrolls when I scroll with my mouse pointer over the side panel, that is, in case the number of menu items exceeds the screen length. Footer section (Bottom-most): Must always be visible on screen & not scroll with the page The entire side panel should increase/decrease in length depending on viewer’s screen size. My Settings: Menu component has 3 frames in auto-layout for the 3 sections (Logo, menu items, footer), with the middle section (for menu items) set to 'Fill', 'Clip content'. Logo & Footer sections have fixed heights. Logo section is set to 'Sticky: No scrolling' Menu component canvas stacking is set to ‘First on top’ The menu component is set
Why is my shift + space bar showing jus a screen but not a mobile phone prototype
当输入多行文字时,想给他们一个渐变色,但是是整体渐变,而不是单个文字的渐变!很多时候需要单个文字的渐变色保持统一,而不是整体渐变
Hi everyone, I'm facing a strange issue where the "Layout Grid" option is completely missing from the right-hand panel. This happens even when I select a Frame. I've already checked the following: I am selecting a Frame, not a Group or a Section. Auto Layout is turned off (there is no "Layout" section with a minus button). The Frame has zero rotation. No matter what I do, even creating a brand new Frame with the F key, the "Layout Grid" section simply does not appear. Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be causing it? Thanks for your help!
With the new update, we have a great new feature, but unfortunately, it’s not usable with our component structure. Exposing all props of a nested instance also exposes props that we don’t want in the context of the consuming component. What if we could also select which properties to expose? This would lead to a cleaner sidebar with only valid props.
I was working on my project called 'SAVER' and it disappeared. I am the owner of the file. I looked everywhere: Drafts, Deleted, Recent, and there’s no trace of it. The name of the document is 'SAVER'." When I try to access the link, I only see this message: Prototype not found. PROTO LINK: https://www.figma.com/proto/CaJCUuXfeYl5ZKVjtMSf5m/SAVER?node-id=154-494&t=3wdKiocWQMpaVtOb-0&scaling=min-zoom&content-scaling=fixed&page-id=0%3A1&starting-point-node-id=244%3A2858&show-proto-sidebar=1&hide-ui=1
I’m trying to use Figma MCP But keeps getting server error 500 when using get_image
Hi everyone! I accidentally deleted all my drafts and slides while deleting team projects (all of it happened because of ChatGPT that’s said my drafts will not be deleted while deleting team projects and they will always appear in my personal files). Though the worst of all is I can’t restore any of them, they simply don’t appear there, it’s empty, how I get back my projects?
I just updated Figma today, and for some reason. in some frames that I work in I cant Drag select the objects anymore. None of them are locked and I can still click select them one by one.in other frames I can sometimes still drag select. If I rebuild the ‘broke frame’ in a new frame it becomes broken aswell. here is a video of the issue *Edit*There is a Huge Section just above these frames, when I zoom out more, I can select again. when the frame is too close to the section and zoomed in very close. issue happens again When moving the Fram further away from the frame everything works again
It is shocking to understand that a graphic design tool does not have the capability for printing. While the export feature may be one of the solutions, it's a bit strange. The screen's capabilities of the screen. As well, that you're drawing the resize to the printing page and parts way in by the mouth. I just appreciate that at least printing capabilities will be included.
