Report a Problem

I’m not sure what’s causing this, but all the frames on my backup page (not the main page) disappeared. When I check the version history, the version 5 minutes prior to the current one still shows the frames and nobody should have made any changes on this page.In those 5 minutes, I didn’t use any plugins on the file. I was working on the main Design page and updated component changes from the file library. This happened to me twice this week on 2 separate projects. At first I thought I just mistakenly deleted the whole page, but this time it left the comment notes, sections, and imported images so I’m sure I couldn’t have accidentally deleted the whole page contents while leaving some stuff behind.At the moment, I can restore the contents by copy and pasting from the version history, but all the comments end up in the wrong places. A file named "Personal Project" has suddenly disappeared and is no longer accessible. When I tried to open the file I received the error message ‘access denied.’ I tried opening the file again, it dissapeared from the recent file lists, and I can’t find it. I have checked the Recycle Bin, but it is not there either.This file was still present and accessible just 1–2 weeks ago, and I have not made any unusual changes or deletions.Also I see this message do I need to upgrade to see my file again? or different problems?

I have updated to the latest mode. However, under the same network condition, my friends around me can open all items on the homepage, but the client on my computer has been loading and cannot be displayed.

This issue happened while I was in the middle of editing my files, and suddenly I got this pop-up message.I'm the team owner and have full access and permission to every single file, but now my home page is completely stuck like this.​​​​I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app three times. I also cleaned my cache and I've also logged out of my account on the browser, but I can't do the same on the app since the home page remains stuck. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

Hi there,I currently pay annually for four full seats on Figma, so I rarely check the billing section. However, I recently reviewed our billing and noticed a recurring £6 charge that’s been appearing for over two years for Figjam?I’d really appreciate some clarity on this, especially given that we already pay for full seats and should have access to the complete suite - including FigJam. At one point, we did briefly add a viewer, which temporarily brought our team to five, but they only accessed our boards a handful of times and didn’t interact with FigJam or other features so I’m confused as to why we’d be charged this. Could you help me understand the reason behind this charge and whether we’re eligible for a refund?Thanks in advance,Chansey

Hi all, I use video in my projects. Today I noticed no videos play in any prototype so I did some troubleshooting. Maybe it’s just me, but I noticed something odd. If you have a component with two variants and connect them using Prototyping with the trigger set to “While pressing,” then preview the prototype—pressing it with the left mouse button works as expected. But if you also press it with the right mouse button while holding the left, the component gets stuck in that state and doesn’t revert back. As far as I know, that’s not the intended behavior.

Hello, I have a problem with prototype. Till yesterday, everything was fine. Buttons were hovering correctly with stroke. Today I run figma > prototype and hovering is working very bad. I do not see stroke around the hovered button. Whats morę the hover animation lags heavily and stutters when triggered in prototype mode. On some layers within the same page, the hover interaction works correctly – including the stroke rendering – but only for a few individual button instances. Also lagging heavily but i see the stroke. The majority of components on that page experience laggy hover animations and missing strokes.

Yesterday I notice that all the corner radius of my projects have changed. The wird thing is that my coworkers are still able to see the right corner radius from their account. When I check the component from my account I see that  it is set with the right radius, 8px, while it is displaying a bigger radius. When I go to Prototype I see everything correctly .I attached the screenshot from my account and another one from my coworker. Anyone with the same problem? My viewMy coworker view 

I have paid two full seat last month, and want to downgrade one seat to Dev seat from next billing cycle. However, there is ‘Dev seat adjustment’ fee in the projected subtotal. What is this fee? Should I pay extra $7 to downgrade the seat? It does not make sense to me. 

I have a library with colors palette variables with alpha attached from another color, E.g. Color A: #000000, Color B: (A attached /50% alpha) also mode 1 and mode 2I applied Color B to a components on another file with library added:-Component 1, with color B, mode 1-Component 1, with color B, mode 2The problem was on 2nd component that display 100% alpha instead 50% setted in variables. I fix it just changing to other color and then apply color B again. The color display as a setted in library 

I can’t use the desktop app. it’s completely disable view and Figma can’t loading. 

Hi,i think the problem exists since the last patch update. When I create a local style Layout grid and use it on a frame, I can’t hide or show it anymore. Until last week there was a eye icon next to the grid while hovering. I’m missing this icon now and with that the show/hide function.My workaround now is to go to the settings for the local style and hide it there.Is this a bug or is it supposed to be like this?Here you have a screenshot while hovering: 

(Browser version)I always want to see only Design files in my recent, and until now this preference was remembered.Recently this does not happen anymore, every time I open or reload the Recent files page, the filter is set on All files.It would be great if this could go back to how it was.

I didn't make any changes to this variant, but it suddenly turned out like this. Currently, I can only solve this problem by reverting to the previous version, but this is too troublesome and it's not the first time it has happened. Please reply to me as soon as possible. Thank you!

I like the new annotation feature on the design mode to add detailed changes, behavior notes, and even capture some question. However, I just realized some people didn’t see the annotations. It seems it’s because they have view access and not edit access. Or is it because this feature haven’t fully roll out? Can we let users who have view access of the file see the new annotation feature? It’s useless when adding those notes and people on the file can’t see those. Thanks! 

I want to report an issue, while hovering the create button gets flicker, it a system bug at your side

Our company received a mass email today with a hyperlink to a page on figma.com that tried to trick our employees into clicking another hyperlink to redirect them to a scam/phishing website.There is no option from this figma.com url to report the page or site as phishing, so I’m not sure what to do.  It just looks like a single slide-show presentation that has one clickable link in the middle that takes you to a bad site.  "www.figma.com/deck/I3fWD5pn8hZAP0CxPloue0/Emerald-Textiles-Service-LLC-RFQ--Copy-?node-id=1-41" is the URL (I did not want to make it clickable in this post).  Who should I contact about this?  

When a child component is set to constrain proportions within it’s parent, it completely loses the ability to fill it’s parent at the instance level. I assumed, that at the instance level, setting the child to fill the parent would override the constrained proportions, but instead, when I set to fill, I instantly receive a toast at the bottom of the screen informing me that figma set the child’s height to fixed. This absolutely feels like a bug. If I set a child to fill at the instance level, I expect it to override it’s constrained proportions attribute.

I tried to set the letter spacing to be 20% on using the font Proxima Nova, but when I type the word “Office”, the letter spacing is not showing the way I set after each lowercase “f”. No matter how I change the letter spacing, the letter after the lower case “f” always stick with the “f”. This situation only happens with the lowercase “f”, I’ve tried other letters the letter spacing works fine. Does anybody know how to resolve this problem? I have attached an image to better interpret the problem.   

I cant find any tool to import my webpage that is running locally into figma. Does anyone have a solution. I upgraded to use the plugins and non of them work for my usecase. 

Figpal position moves to the middle of the page when shortcut panel is enabled. I currently cannot use both at the same time. Prob a bug needs fixing  

i am creating a website were i want to imitate a section the grows in height with the screen width, for this purpose i use the aspect ratio lock with a fill auto layout setting, it works but thing is that it cuts off the bottom of the prototype so i cant view my footer fully

It’s started like yesterday, didn’t change anything. When i running figma all text layers in file, all settings text, like litterally every single text in figma desktop - are blurry and low quality.After im hovering mouse on this text, its became normal. Or if i zoom in (in file) same, looks normal. But it’s kinda frustrating.All other text on any app/whole computer is okay. Figma web version (in google chrome) works well, nothing changes here.But in desktop app got some artifacts, don’t know why. Tried to back up to old graphic driver’s, tried reinstall figma, same prob.Below some screenshots
