Hey Guys,I am not being able to use Brandfetch plugin. Is something wrong with this plugin? I searched online and it has not been closed too. Can somebody help me out in this? It shows something like this in all of the similar kind of plugins 

When i updated new figma version, i can not find variables tab anymore, or missed any step to find it?  

 When you open a file in Figma Desktop for Windows, the app always uses your system’s current date and time—even if it’s earlier than the file’s real last-edit timestamp—and records that as the file’s “Last edited date” without any validation. As a result, if your computer clock is set behind the actual time (for example, due to sync issues), Figma will overwrite the true last-modification date with a past date, effectively making it look as though you haven’t opened the file in months or even years.In the image, i’m open the last file.Time and Date now. 

Just before installing this update everything was running smoothly. Right after a lot of layers display shadows that are not reflected in the Effects panel which shows nothing is applied. I tried adding and removing still shows the added shadow :(

I was importing an SVG generated from Illustrator. The text looked off (too long). Then I inspected the SVG and the imported settings. I noticed that the “letter-spacing” attribute of <tspan> was ignored during the import. This breaks SVG specs.

I’m wondering if this is a bug. Sharing a ‘Presentation link’ gives the recipient a view-only view of the working Figma file along with notes. Makes sense if there are other presenters and they need to see the notes too. Sharing an ‘Audience link’ gives the recipient a view-only view of the slides. However, it also allows them – who will very often be a client – to click a button at the top to open a view-only version of the Figma file along with all of the presentation notes. Unfortunately, it’s currently not fit for purpose to share a link with clients, as there’s no way to send it purely for viewing without all the additional UI options to open in Figma and view notes etc.} Ideally, there needs to be a sharable ‘Audience’ view of the slides where all that can be seen is the slides – no extras, no ‘sign in’, no ‘add comments’ (ideally this can be switched on OR off), and definitely no ‘open in Figma Slides’. Just a view of the slides, and that’s it.

Basically I have the Figma admin account for a team that is attached to a Gmail account, but I no longer have access to this e-mail, so if I try opening up a ticket in the Support menu, the answer will be sent to this e-mail, and I'll not be able to respond or even check it. Also, I'm not able to try the solution that involves logging out and resetting my password so I can break through the Google SSO login and change the e-mail for this account since, as I said, I no longer have access to this e-mail to get the reset password mail at first.

I no longer see the small dot on the Figma icon in the taskbar when I have new notifications.  

Widgets keep disappearing from Figma and needs a app quit and restart to get them back. This happens often.Figma Desktop App version 125.3.6 , Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81)

As the Screen recording shows, I cannot change color in part of the instance, not matter if it’s linked to a variable, or detached. It can only be changed via its master component. 

Hi.I am writing regarding a recent charge to my account. I am on an annual plan, and I understand that you do quarterly seat billing. I accidentally forgot to review the seat count, and one additional seat was charged in the most recent update.This was unintentional, and the user was not supposed to be active. The charge occurred less than 12 hours ago, and I have already corrected the seat count. I kindly ask if it is possible to refund the amount charged for this extra seat.Thank you for your understanding and help.

Hi everyone,I'm reaching out because my teammate accidentally deleted several important files from our shared project called "Formly", and then also emptied the Trash. We're using a Starter (free) plan, so we were redirected here by Figma Support.We’ve already checked: Version History (files are gone) File links (no access) Trash (was emptied) We’d like to ask:👉 Is there any way to restore files that were permanently deleted from the Trash on a Starter plan?These files are critical for our work and any help would be greatly appreciated.If anyone has been in a similar situation or has insights into possible recovery methods, please share!Thanks in advance 🙏

Sometimes when I try to change the page I’m to another inside a file, Figma just blinks and doesn’t change it. I can’t navigate to the other page.

I tried to create a new design file, when I hover the [+Create] Button, the list below (that includes Design, FigJam and Slide choices) keep reappear and disappear, so I could create any new file.This issues only happed in my surface pro, but not on my normal laptop, so if anything, hope you guy can fix this issues

I have a prototype link but the working file is missing. Could you please help me to find out that? 

Hi, I exported my figma animation to dotLottie, however there is this unexpected red marks on the exported file.   The actual animation looks this:  Anyone knows what are the potential root causes of this issue? Thank you in advance!

I recently received a message stating that my Figma Education Plan has expired, even though the Education Plan is supposed to last for two years, and I have only been using it for one year.Since my circumstances have not changed and I cannot afford the premium plan, I reapplied for the Education Plan, but my request was rejected with giving this meesage: You’ve already used up your free access to the Figma Education plan.Upgrade your plan to keep creating and editing unlimited files, or create a new Professional team.Is there a time limit for accessing the Education Plan?I can't afford the premium plan so plz allow me to use educational plan as there are my bootcamp project that I can't view or further work on.

Hi!I am exporting a 60page pdf from figma using File > Export Frame to pdf. It works, looks great as a pdf with text and images. My colleague has printed it before without issue.But today when we print both new and old versions the images are ALL gone (not in the pdf, but when printed). Replaced with just the BG color or nothing. Printing another random image file works fine (just to test), but not the pdf. What has happend? What can I do to fix it? It has maybe 9 images in total, spread out so its not that many. It also doesn't need to be great print quality, just a fast print, but it does need the images. Please help! 

I deleted a team by accident that had important ongoing projects. I never got an email to be able to restore the deleted team. I’ve had submitted a request to figma but I still haven’t received anything back. Please help me resolve this issue asap, I’m very worried.

I have never been so angry at the company in my life. I paid for Full proffesional seat the previous month. Even though I cancelled it, money was withdrawn from my bank account. $15!!! As I contacted support, they answered me with something like “make sure that this is the correct email address”. So I did and texted them back. It’s been 5 days since I texted them, I never got an aswer!!! And today they dare to send me smth like “how did we do?” form, I am SO annoyed with them. How can the company be so disorganised and arrogant? Never in my life will I pay a cent for Figma anymore. Please tell me how to get an answer from them!!

I'm having trouble accessing the Figma AI features even after upgrading my plan—nothing seems to appear or activate.

Whenever I change the color and press esc key, the element still stays highlighted! It annoying to press outside the element with mouse. Do let me know can I fix it. Every time I press the ESC key to leave element, it still remains selected! 🤷🏻
