What does it take to get Figma to answer a support request? Being dead in the water with things that don’t work as they are supposed to is bad look Figma. At least help us out.

Our support team normally replies within 24 hours or at the very most, within a few business days. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been waiting for a response from support while you needed your variables to publish successfully. 

It looks like Nancy has been working on this with to you since Tuesday on ticket #1475511, and the issue is now resolved. Please let us know if we can help with anything else.
