This issue appeared today when I updated the desktop app on windows 10: The option to close, minimize and drag the app on the screen is not working. I tried restarting the app and opening the app as admin, but the issue still exist. I cannot drag the software across The X icon not showingThe minimize option not showingWhen I open a project, it is not showing as a tab

I read Figma Staff is working on sending invoice attached via email in this another topic, which is just fine and cool, but we’re facing issues with email notification about monthly invoices. Let me get this straight: the email we specify within the Alert in Setting>Billing>BillingContact is useless (see image attached), coz Figma is actually not sending reminders to that specific email I want to be notified. Instead, I’m the one receiving a reminder about invoice via email, which in turn makes me (every once in a month) to manually download the invoice, write and send an email to the person in charge of this matter (and i underline is not me) with invoice attached. This is monkey business time, guys. We’re tired of doing this over and over. Am I missing som’ or what’s still cooking in the Figma kitchen?

Transparent svg graphics not seen transparent in figma but seen transparent in when imported. 

HiWe have an issue where the stroke width on a button is controlled by a variable. That variable is called “none” which is linked to a value of 0. This means that the stroke is there but not visible (required by our developers).Stroke variable “none”That button component is used inside other components. What happens is that here the stroke is suddenly visible:Stoke around buttons that should not be there When looking at the nested instances of the button component inside the other component, the stroke now has a width of 1 even though “none” is still selected? Variable changed to 1I can delete the stroke from the main component and then everything looks fine. The issue is that our developers require it to be inside the design. Any idea what is going on here? Thanks

When I try accessing fig using my corporate SAML SSO its prompting me to enter the code which they have sent me to my corporate email (which never happens). I tried accessing figma.com using my personal email and I got the code instantly in my personal email. My corporate email once had the figma access which was later revoked. I suspect that during that time there are chances that some emails from figma might have bounced and thus resulting in my account being put on hold for future messages. I’m using the same corporate email now. Please help me fix this issue.

I’m asking after going through a forum over the same issue, but just can’t accept that it’s a “known issue.” It should not be this difficult to produce a PDF where the text isn’t outlined. This causes problems marking up PDFs w/clients. And not every client wants to “jump into a Figma file” to make comments.

Below is what my interactive component looks like. It’s set from default to hover. All it does is just add a line (a rectangle) underneath and changes the font color to black from grey. When I remove it out of the interactive component and do it manually before this before version. It works perfect. But once I use the interactive component feature, on hover it moves a bit. Really slight but it bothers me. It’s weird because it only does that for 1 out of 3 of the links that I have. Ex) Link 1 (navigates to another page once clicked on), Link 2 (navigates to another page once clicked on), Link 3 (opens an external link) Link 1 & 2 interactive components work fine. But Link 3 has the weirdness to it. It doesn’t stay in the same place.

Hi, I have the same problem as reported by many others. Option/Alt + Drag to change value on the fly doesn’t work everywhere and in some cases in only works if i do this over the icon (in the case bellow the “%” icon)I have cleared caches from the Troubleshooting menu but the problem still persists.   

Figma updated today, and after our team discovered that hug contents had been removed on almost every single frame and text object in all our pages. To go through manually and re-apply hug/auto-layout contents to these objects would take probably around a week so I’m wondering what in the latest update could have caused this and if there’s a way to undo it. Thanks,

[Bug] Whenever there are multiple colour values associated with an element (HEX), it shows wrong values when viewing in the Dev mode. For example - A button has 3 background colour values and 2 are hidden. (#F6F6F6, #1A1A1A, #002AB6).When viewing in the Dev mode it shows “background: linear-gradient(0deg, #F6F6F6 0%, #F6F6F6 100%), #1A1A1A; #002AB6;” Instead of just “background: #F6F6F6; #1A1A1A; #002AB6;”.  

I seem to have an intermittent issue with the variables window. It’s really useful to keep this open when interacting with the canvas, however randomly it gets to a point it will no longer stay there. When interacting with the canvas, the variables window disappears. Does anyone know how to stop it closing? Thanks

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue where I can't edit any Color Styles in Figma. I can create new styles and rename them, but the properties (like color and opacity) are disabled.It happens on every project, even in completely new files.Is anyone else experiencing this? The added seats were set on an annual basis, and the annual cost was seen in billing. Right now I haven’t added any members. If I continue to not add members and maintain only one admin account, won’t they be added to next month’s billing?

I found this weird bug where when a library has been published in a team, it can’t be published to the whole organisation without making a change in the library. In the publish library pop up the “publish” button stays disabled when I switch to organisation in the “publish to...” dropdownIf I make a “fake change” (change a color and change it back, then the publish button is active)Expected behavior:When I change the access of the library I expect the “publish” button to be active even if no change has been done to the library.

This issue has just begun affecting my files today. Selecting frames or sections has become extremely slow, even selecting a single frame takes about a second before I can interact with it. Selecting multiple frames and sections takes more than 8 seconds before they can be interacted with. I’ve tried restarting, refreshing, and clearing the cache, but these actions haven’t resolved the problem. I am using the Figma app & I am working on a M3 Pro MacBook

When I add a video to a prototype it remains playing in loop, after disabling “Autoplay” and “Loop”.Made tests in different pages, with different video assets, and also cleaned Figma’s cache.

Hello. I’m having trouble accepting/rejecting main file updates in my branch. It looks like the modal is cut off but it won’t scroll. This only happens sometimes. Is this a bug? Is there something i can do on my end? Thanks!

HiEven though my payment method hasn't changed, my bill payment is having trouble this month. It gives me an error "Your card has been declined." with the same card.
