Hi, I accidentally removed the “unassigned drafts” from a team member that left the company. I removed them from the “content” section in the admin panel. We later restored their profile, but the files are still not there. Is there a way to restore these files? Thank you!

I understand you're trying to recover files that were previously listed under the "Unassigned drafts" tab.
In the Admin panel under Content > Unassigned drafts, which action did you take accidentally to remove the files?

Did you select "Permanently delete", as described in this article? Delete a file in the drafts project

Or did you select "Move" to transfer the file to another project? Move a file in the drafts project to a different project
If you selected "Move," we recommend double-checking the project you moved the files to — they may still be there.
If you clicked "Permanently delete," unfortunately, the files cannot be recovered.
Do you happen to have any of the file URLs? If so, we can create a support ticket on your behalf so our team can take a closer look. Please note that even with a file URL, recovery is not guaranteed after using the "Permanently delete" option.
